The pickup and drop-off part of this service is AMAZING, especially for someone with a busy schedule! They scheduled pick up at my house within a week despite having a high demand for wedding dress cleaning at the time, and sent me an update about what they were planning to do once they had their wedding dress expert take a look at the dress. Their turnaround time was much faster than I expected and they even sent pictures right after the cleaning was finished so I could see how well it came out! I had not requested a steaming since I didn't have plans to use the dress again anytime soon, but they did one complimentary for me which made the dress look absolutely stunning and like it was brand new. There was not a single residual stain left and the dress did not smell like anything - it was just perfectly clean. If you look at the other low reviews for this business, you'll see a pattern of poor communication skills. Service isn't just left at the product.
