Then I tried to stitch it on my home sewing machine, but the slippery stretchy fabric kept bunching up because the hemline was curved. So I decided to try having it hemmed at Country Cleaners. The young man at the front counter thought it would not be possible to keep the curve, but suggested that they could do a straight hem. I was okay with this as I needed it hemmed. To my surprise when I picked it up the stitching for the new hem looked just like the original stitching and the curved hem was kept!
