Really super crazy expensive, like I could have replaced the item new, and clothes smellef of chemicals. Very disappointed.

First impressions are important. This cleaners doesn't even have a sign on the store front with the business's name. WHY? Since I didn't know the business's name, I asked for a business card. They don't have them. Lame. I only decided to use their services because the shop is convenient. Big mistake. The price I paid for having several pair of pants cleaned was the most I've ever paid. To top off my experiece,, the owner was rude and not at all friendly. "A man without a smiling face should never open a shop." I won't be returning. read more

I've been using this dry cleaner since prior ownership, pre-Covid. The new owner is always friendly, the turnaround times are reasonable and when I need something faster, she's always been willing to help. I've also used her seamstress services for hemming, repairs and buttons. She's wonderful. There have been times that she's instructed me on how to care for something myself at home so I don't pay her to do it. I wouldn't go anywhere else around here. read more

Tried to use this place twice; in both instances, we tried to use our reusable, eco-friendly garment bag and the owners were rude about it. Overall service was not very good either. Don't get me wrong. The place did a great job dry cleaning a dress shirt that I needed for an event. However, I was quoted one price over the phone and was charged 3 times the amount when I picked up my item. Would recommend, but prices are steeper than my usual go-to. read more

Service is friendly and the location is very convenient for me, but my first time using their service was very disappointing. I dropped off seven shirts, asked them to sew on a button, and made sure to tell them no starch. When I unwrapped them when I got home I noticed things were not going to be pretty. All the shirts were more wrinkled than you'd ever expect from freshly cleaned shirts, the button was never fixed, one shirt had a 4" long dark stain on it all of a sudden, the shirts seemed like they might have had starch on them, and the collars ended up with that shiny burned kind of look on them. I wish this place was better since it's soooooo convenient, but they aren't very good in several ways. Best of luck if you decide to go there. read more

Best cleaners in town. I dropped off my suit/pants and two ties for cleaning and received excellent service with a very competitive price. The lady (I'm guessing one of the owners) pointed out spots on my suit/pants that I didn't even notice. I liked that they were meticulous with the details. I guess my suit/pants in worse shape than I thought. My clothes came out nicely folded and clean. The whole process was quick and easy. The lady who greeted me was super welcoming and nice. I brought in two pairs of pants to be hemmed. She kindly had me try them on, marked each where to be hemmed and made sure it was the length to my liking. The process was quick and pleasant. She told me they'd be ready by the end of the week on a Friday. They were finished on time, handed her my slip upon arrival, she handed them to me (neatly hung and wrapped). I took a homemade Afghan here recently that the cat managed to pee on. the lady was super prompt (may seem rushed or rude to some, but simply efficient). she got all the pee out of the blanket, but I did find some ripped stitches. I'm guessing she didn't even notice, which is fine. Definitely recommend. read more

Beware!!! Poor customer service, poor quality in their craftsmanship!!! I will never again use their services! The seamstress used grey yarn on two pair of light blue jeans that I had asked to be stitched up! While I have never before had any problems with other vendors with these request (other dry cleaners, Nordstrom, etc.) , I was baffled when I was finally able to pick these two pair up after 10 (!) days and the stitches were highly visible!!! Naturally ... grey stitches show up highly visible on a light blue material!!!! I had expected her to use a similar blue that would blend much better! Since I had asked prior to handing them over whether they were comfortable fixing these jeans, I was incredibly disappointed and indicated that I wasn't happy with the job. Rather than offer me a discount or offer to re-do the job, the seamstress got aggressive and forced me to pay full price. Don't bother with this place. Their utter lack of respect and customer service will just infuriate you! I certainly will not be back and wish I could give NO stars! read more

I took in 2 maxi dresses to have them shortened to the knee for a vacation. I tried them on for the owner, she pinned and chalked where I wanted them cut and hemmed. When I returned a few days later to pick them up both dresses were destroyed, both were so short nowhere near where they were chalked and pinned, they can now be worn as a tank top, they barely covered my backside. Both dresses were also cut a completely different lengths as well! I will never go there again and do not recommend using them for alterations!!!! read more

Everything always comes back looking as good as new, and the service is good as well. It's a convenient location and they have decent hours.

After taking a pair of jeans to 2 separate dry cleaners to be hemmed and being told it couldn't be done with keeping the original hem I tried Kim's (after a friend recommended them). Besides being so friendly they also saw no problem with the alteration. It was cheaper than the other places and they did an incredible job. The customer care was also a huge plus.
