The lady who works at the front is very nice and she said it would be about 3 business days until I can pick up my jeans. I was somewhat apprehensive because these are $300 jeans, but i decided to go through with it anyway. When I came back she remembered who I was and told me to check out the jeans before I paid. It was better than I expected, you can't even tell they were ripped or sewn back together. This is my new go to if I need anything fixed. Also, it looked like they dry cleaned my jeans (or at least ironed them) as a complimentary service which is great. It was $10 to get it done, which was definitely worth it.

The staff was very friendly. Even when we dropped off our california king down comforter minutes before they closed, they got it in and reasonable turnaround for pickup. Their suit pricing is very reasonable and great. This is our go to dry cleaner now. Not sure why others are claiming it is expensive, given the state of inflation and the economy, this place is great. Their service turnaround time was only like 2-3 days. Will be going back here again and again. Everything came back clean.

There is plenty of parking outside so it is convenient to drop off dry cleaning. The cost of laundering dress shirts is pretty cheap. First of all, they claim to do alterations, but there was no place to change for the customers, so I had to awkwardly change in a back corner. They were extremely quick to respond to my inquiry via texting, asked great questions to get a sense of how much cleaning the dress would need (they requested some pictures of the stains up front), and gave me a quote for the cost that I felt was very reasonable. The pickup and drop-off part of this service is AMAZING, especially for someone with a busy schedule! They scheduled pick up at my house within a week despite having a high demand for wedding dress cleaning at the time, and sent me an update about what they were planning to do once they had their wedding dress expert take a look at the dress. Their turnaround time was much faster than I expected and they even sent pictures right after the cleaning was finished so I could see how well it came out! I had not requested a steaming since I didn't have plans to use the dress again anytime soon, but they did one complimentary for me which made the dress look absolutely stunning and like it was brand new. There was not a single residual stain left and the dress did not smell like anything - it was just perfectly clean. The final cost of the cleaning was exactly what I expected from the quote and I felt it was incredibly reasonable for the amount of cleaning they had to do, the speed and very high quality of service, and the helpful communication throughout the process. I was 100% satisfied with the end result and would absolutely recommend their services to anyone!

I recently moved to Los Angeles and found a new dry cleaners down the street from me that charged me half the cost for the same items which was refreshing. I thought of this place and wanted to leave a review to warn people how bad this was. These people were hostile, defensive, and greedy. They kept on hassling me about my clothes and texting me for approval for new costs. The texting person gave me an estimate and sent me like over 10 photos of my clothes to point out all the stains and hair that was on my clothes and repeatedly told me my clothes were wrinkled and very dirty. This was unnecessary and made me feel attacked and shamed. Like WTF?? I just wanted them to clean my clothes not pick faults with me! Instead, they acted like they were taking me to court! So much unnecessary stress and hassle for dry cleaners! They ended up charging me over $50 more than originally estimated because my clothes were oh so hard to clean and so dirty. Despite going over the original estimate, they still hassled and tried to guilt me for tip at the end saying they gave me a deal. What deal? Your services are super expensive! The tone they texted me was just so very rude it's like they didn't want me as a customer. I never fought them on the expensive costs but they were hostile from the start. I ended up going back to my previous dry cleaners, City Custom Tailor & Dry Cleaners in Belltown. They are not cheap either, but a little less expensive and they are chill. I do not think cheap dry cleaning exists in Seattle but this service sucks.

Before bringing the dress in, we called the store and were told the alteration would cost around $25-$30. When we arrived in person, we were initially quoted $50, but once we clarified that we did not want the dress cleaned, the price was again adjusted down to $25-$30. Based on that, we expected the final charge to reflect that estimate. However, when we came to pick up the dress, we were charged $50 without explanation. When I raised the issue, I was told that estimates can sometimes be wrong, with little apology or accountability. After I paid and left, an employee came outside and told me there had been a mistake -- that the higher charge was because the dress had been cleaned -- and that the correct amount should have been closer to $30. She said a manager would follow up. Later, the manager contacted my wife and contradicted that explanation, saying the dress had not been cleaned and that they only called because I was upset. My wife clarified that we weren't upset about the price itself, but about the constant inconsistencies. This location has given us conflicting information throughout -- from pricing to the services actually performed. It was a frustrating experience overall, and we won't be returning.

This is a 50-year-old heirloom where each piece has a story, and it is an ongoing project. Given there were signs everywhere emphasizing their no-strinkage safety with cotton fabrics, I stupidity trusted it. It returned shrunk, each tiny piece slightly smaller and buckled, therefore not matching the ongoing work at home, and many pieces ripped off. AND the tiny stain still remained. I had a near heart attack. Staff insisted they could "fix it". I returned take 2, stain still there, but quick shoddy repair of ripped pieces and they (kindly) insisted I did not have to pay for their mistake. Then, I spent 2 weeks at home re-calibrating to the shrunk piece, and another week removing ruined torn pieces (some were over a 100 years). Lesson learnt. NEVER take a vintage piece to any dry cleaner! A month on, I was still working on repairs.
