Always smiles, upon eye contact. Super friendly. He is every/someone's grandpa. The younger woman is all business. She does accounting, fixes machines, does laundry, wears a lot of black, and in general fits the bill of a 'business woman'. Place is clean (some dust), somewhat dis-shuffled, but the machines are spotless and work perfectly. They share an alley with the gospel mission, but if this is your neighborhood, and you aren't some prissy nimb-y person, then you can get over it with grace and ease. This is the kind of place that builds a neighborhood.

Plenty of street parking infront of the shops down the street, though it is always busy and spots are always taken. The laundromat is nice and clean. Machine is clean and new. There are spots to sit and wait for your laundry, some arcade games, and they even sell slushies(?) and stuffs there if you need. For my comforter dry cleaning, it's a flat of $70+ (after tax). You drop it off and they'll tell you how long they'd need to get it done (5-6days). But you will get a text message when it's ready. I went to pick it up and decided to take a look right away. Glad I did, because it seems it wasn't cleaned right. The light-yellow ish stain from sweat wasn't even cleaned off. So i immediately showed it to the staff and they right away offered a second time dry clean for free. For this, I thought mistake/subpar quality was made but customer service to make up for it was acceptable. Would still give it another go at this location if I have anything to dry clean next time

So far I haven't found a place until now that I feel completely comfortable using. This place has a lot of machines. The prices are a little higher than some other places but I am okay with that seeing how clean this place is. Not only were the fronts and insides of the machines were spotless but the detergent trays were spotless - I was pleasantly surprised. There is zero dust or settled lint anywhere. I like that prices & times of the machines are clearly marked. There is a machine that even has laundry bags in addition to a selction of products one woulld need: never seen that before. Also there are clean rags provided to wipe a machine or any washer spills. Place a good number of carts and they are practically perfect. All windows also spotless. The vending machine has a variety of beverages and snacks. This will be the only laundromat I use when I need one. I would like to send a thank you to the establishment for taking care and pride in this place. It's much appreciated.

Our washer at home just isn't big enough, and it always takes multiple drying cycles, so I figured I'd give this place a try. I was pleasantly surprised. The laundromat is very clean, well maintained, and wasn't busy at all. The employee working there was incredibly friendly and helpful. I grew up using coin-operated machines with my mom, so I was expecting the old-school setup, but they use a laundry card instead. It was super easy to load the card with either cash or a credit/debit card, and she took the time to explain how everything worked. The floors were clean, the folding tables were spotless, and there were plenty of chairs to sit and wait. I even noticed the employee wiping down the outside of the machines, which says a lot about how much they care about keeping the place clean. The whole place felt safe, and I didn't see anyone hanging around that made me feel uncomfortable. Another bonus is that there's a McDonald's and an ampm within walking distance, so it's easy to grab a snack, a drink, or gas while you wait for your laundry. I'll definitely be coming back whenever we need to wash our bedding. Highly recommend!

Literally explodes on me, profusely states "look it up on your phone, what are you asking me for" Dont go here. I don't remember her name but she looked very similar to the mucinex commercial, the green snot. She's middle aged and tubby. Terrible human being.

We did make change and the place was quite clean and had some space for sitting. The equipment is industrial so your stuff are going to get clean. I'd just look in the machines first before use to make sure there's no leftover stuff from previous users. The place is at a strip mall so there was time to kill at local places like the grocery store, Starbucks and Trader Joe's. Quick wash and dry for in between travel, no fuss.

So all the linen for that company was taking up most of the washers. Not sure what days they do this but they left very few open for customers. Washers are $4.50 and dryers .25 for 6 mins. Basically the same price to wash and dry. I've seen dryers for cheaper but their washing machines are the cheapest I've seen. I just come to laundromats when I need to wash 3-5 loads quickly and be done instead of washing at home. I would definitely come back to this one but only to do like 1-3 loads at a time. The dryer took about 45 mins or so to dry a small Load of towels on high heat. I wish it was quicker. They need to be a little higher in heat. Quarters only. No cards or Laundromat App or laundromat card to pay like I've seen at others. They have a machine to get change.
