The scheduler/dispatcher kept us consistently updated with regards to the technician's arrival time. We were especially impressed by our technician Jeff. Jeff was really sympathetic with regards to our need for a quick and reliable fix at an affordable price. Jeff offered us several options and the next day he came back and fixed our problem like a true expert. Premier's estimate was roughly 1/2 to 2/3 of the other estimates we received. Jeff and the rest of the Premier staff did a fantastic job at getting us re-connected within a day and a half.
