TAP PAY IS A PLUS The bathroom requires an access code, but all you have to do is text the number provided. They check the cameras and quickly send you the code. It may seem inconvenient at first, but it's understandable given the issues businesses deal with today. Overall, a clean, well-maintained laundromat with large machines and good service.

I asked if she worked there and she angerly said "yes im the manager" I asked "why do you have to be so rude" She replied "because im on the phone trying to fix the dryers, you dont have to come back here bye". I feel as if she targeted me for an unknown reason. I think its because im a male trying to get his cloths out of the drier, Im a common customer and my brother works there, being banned for trying to get my cloths and the emotional stress this has caused. I was putting my clothes in the dryer and a very rude lady with a mullet came up to us and aggressively asked why I didn't grab a cart for my laundry, I was confused and continued to load our clothes. She then yelled loudly that I can't dry my clothes and last wash and dry was at 8pm. I asked why I couldn't dry my clothes since I wasn't washing them and it was about 8:15pm and they didn't close till 9:30pm. She told me I needed to take my clothes out. As she's yelling at me a man came up in front of me and began to load his dryer with clothes. I asked again why I couldn't dry and he could. She began ranting about how her boss made the rule and nobody can think for themselves there? My toddler got scared from her yelling and I was physically upset. She then told me I need to leave when I asked why and pointed out the other dryers had over 30 minutes left. I was extremely embarrassed due to the multiple people in there that witnessed it and seeing my child get upset. All I wanted was to dry my clothes. I have never been treated that disrespectfully in my life and I will never go back there again.

If you need somewhere to just quickly wash some bulk items, this place will do. Came in on a…read moreTuesday afternoon. There were a few people in there but I was able to start washing immediately. PROS: Lots of washers and dryers of various sizes and counter space to fold. There are also a couple of carts if you need something to transfer your stuff from washer to dryer. (Helpful because I forgot to bring a basket). All the dryer and washer doors lock once you press start -- so I felt comfortable sitting out in my car while my things were washing/drying. The prices are reasonable -- I washed a King sized comforter, 2 king sized throw blankets, a Queen sized mattress cover, a Queen sized fitted sheet, and 4 king sized pillow cases. To do this I ended up using 2 large washers ($6.00 each) and two large dryers that I added steam press and reversible rolling to for 60 minutes ($3.75 each) for a total of $19.50 for it all. I paid using quarters I brought with me but I saw there was a quarter machine and a QR code to pay through an app, if preferred. I could have probably fit everything into 1 dryer to save a little money -- as the big one is quite large -- but I didn't want to risk slowing down the dry time by over stuffing. If I compare this to other laundry mats that I've been to in the area, I would say it's on the cheaper side. I was in and out in under 2 hours. CONS: I agree with the other reviews -- this place is filthy, the floors especially. I set down a garbage bag I was using and when I picked it back up, the bottom was covered in dirt. While there are lots of washers and dryers, I would say 1/3 of them were broken or out of use. There's a bathroom on-site but it requires a code to use and there's no attendant there to provide it to you. The rinse cycle on the washer was okay but my pillow cases got tumbled into the comforter so when I took them out they were still very wet and I had to ring them by hand before putting them in the dryer. There's a very underwhelming sign that says the last wash is at 9:00pm, but with the door propped open you could easily miss it and walk right past it -- so just be aware of that. Parking can be challenging and the spots are mostly compact. OVERALL: If I was pressed for time I would come back here because it's the closest to my home and ultimately, I got what I needed washed and dried. That being said -- if I had more time to drive a little further, I would choose somewhere that's cleaner, has accessible bathrooms, and an on site attendant. Vending machines would have been nice here too.

The place is filthy…read more The tops of machines and floors haven't been wiped down in a long time and are a soapy mess. The prices are average. The machines added so little water to my laundry load that they didn't clean properly. On one of the machines I used the liquid fabric softener bin on top was clogged and didn't add to my clothes. Overall, I overpaid for my clothes to get only slightly cleaner and I had to make sure they (my clothes) and myself didn't touch anything butty the inside of the machines.

It's so gross here that if I accidentally dropped my washed laundry on the floor while transferring it to the dryer, I'd just burn it and call it a loss. One of the machine (a three load) took my. 50 when I tried to set the machine to give my laundry an extra three min prewash but the stupid button wouldn't work. I feel so sad for people that do not have any other option but to go to this foul place.

I was staying at Double Tree by Hilton near Seattle Airport-Southcenter for almost 2 weeks without…read morea car. Since the hotel doesn't offer laundry service, I booked Quite Clean Laundry for 2 people's worth of dirty laundry after one week and they did a fantastic job. I arranged everything online (but called just to check because it was my first time using it). I left the clothes in a bag at the front reception of the hotel, Quite Clean Laundry picked it up and brought it back perfectly clean and folded nicely the next day. They offer same day service but I didn't need it so requested next day. They texted when they picked up, when the laundry was completed and when they dropped off at the hotel reception. The driver even called when he arrived at the hotel to drop off. Highly recommend.
