The machines added so little water to my laundry load that they didn't clean properly. On one of the machines I used the liquid fabric softener bin on top was clogged and didn't add to my clothes. Overall, I overpaid for my clothes to get only slightly cleaner and I had to make sure they (my clothes) and myself didn't touch anything butty the inside of the machines.

I used to go to the Lighthouse laundromat in federal way until I recently moved to Milton. This place is filthy and makes me wonder just how long it has been since they swept the place much less give it a brief mop. It's so gross here that if I accidentally dropped my washed laundry on the floor while transferring it to the dryer, I'd just burn it and call it a loss. One of the machine (a three load) took my. 50 when I tried to set the machine to give my laundry an extra three min prewash but the stupid button wouldn't work. Since the hotel doesn't offer laundry service, I booked Quite Clean Laundry for 2 people's worth of dirty laundry after one week and they did a fantastic job. I arranged everything online (but called just to check because it was my first time using it). I left the clothes in a bag at the front reception of the hotel, Quite Clean Laundry picked it up and brought it back perfectly clean and folded nicely the next day. They offer same day service but I didn't need it so requested next day. They texted when they picked up, when the laundry was completed and when they dropped off at the hotel reception. The driver even called when he arrived at the hotel to drop off. Highly recommend.
