I was putting my clothes in the dryer and a very rude lady with a mullet came up to us and aggressively asked why I didn't grab a cart for my laundry, I was confused and continued to load our clothes. She then yelled loudly that I can't dry my clothes and last wash and dry was at 8pm. I asked why I couldn't dry my clothes since I wasn't washing them and it was about 8:15pm and they didn't close till 9:30pm. She told me I needed to take my clothes out. As she's yelling at me a man came up in front of me and began to load his dryer with clothes. I asked again why I couldn't dry and he could. She began ranting about how her boss made the rule and nobody can think for themselves there? My toddler got scared from her yelling and I was physically upset. She then told me I need to leave when I asked why and pointed out the other dryers had over 30 minutes left. I was extremely embarrassed due to the multiple people in there that witnessed it and seeing my child get upset. All I wanted was to dry my clothes. I have never been treated that disrespectfully in my life and I will never go back there again.

My laundry was washed, folded, and ready for me the same day which is incredible. They folded everything neatly and in such a cute way, I was able to speed through putting my items away as soon as I got home. Protip: if you are a tipper, like me, be sure to add that at the beginning unless you carry cash, otherwise you cannot run that on your card at pick up. I have been to other laundry mats with the same machines that charge more money. Also on weekdays before 10am they have discounted prices on the double and triple load machines. Their machines range in size from a double basket load (which is really more of an actual small one basket load) up to I think an eight basket. I can get my clothes washed, dried and folded in about an hour...since there are three different sized dryers...you can dry your laundry fairly quickly compared to a regular dryer...59 cents (up to three basket) 69 cents (up to six basket) 89 cent (eight basket) per 11 minutes...usually 30 minutes or less dry time works for me. Yes, your money is loaded onto a card--but this is not necessarily a bad thing. You dont have to worry about getting quarters...if you register your card, you get a 3% bonus after loading a certain amount...if you lose your registered card, they will replace it. Also, if you dont want to keep your money on the card, they will cash it out. I was just in here this morning and they were bringing in a new sofa. Oh...they also have free coffee, TV, WiFi and snacks, beverages, and laundry supplies for sale. A few things that could use some work: more seating, cleaner restroom, and there are quite a few machines out of order lately. All in all...my go to laundry place. **UPDATE SPRING 2020** This is no longer my go to laundry spot. The atmosphere has changed the last few years. Not that this is the best neighborhood, but just has become even less desirable. The laundry mat itself needs some updating. Laundry carts need replacing. A fresh coat of paint could help spruce it up a little. Machines are constantly out of order. Prices keep increasing. They held steady for many years and then in less than six months the prices were raised twice. There other location had caught fire and was renovated and seems to be the main priority now. I might still come here on a need to basis...but I have found other options in the surrounding area that are either more affordable, better equipped, or closer to home. Interesting location near a trucking repair shop (there were a lot of trucking rigs there). More about that later. Place was very clean and didn't smell like a laundromat you might have visited at one time or another. I was impressed right off the bat. They have been here 3 yrs now and the stainless steel washers and dryers look brand new. You can use touch to pay right on the machines and it was easy to use. I got a quick tutorial from an owner or attendant (I apologize I didn't ask as I was in a hurry). $11 to wash and would take 30 mins. My those machines are SO quiet. I was impressed. Only two Costco laundry pods were needed to wash! One of the things I noticed is that they had 3-4 bathrooms with showers - yep you can pay to take a shower. I don't know how much they charge for that but I understand the proximity to the truck repair shop now. Came back later and my comforter was ready to go in the dryer. $3.50 to dry in 15 mins. I paid .50 extra for the dryer to switch rotation every min during the dry time - awesome! Perfect fluff. Again, even the dryers are quiet. I've never heard of this brand of washers and dryers but I am going to call and confirm so I can look them up - impressive. I will definitely use this business for my large load needs in the future!
