I counted one, the black silk shirt that was actually dry cleaned, the rest smelled different. My main issue, my blue silk shirt came back rough to the touch, wrinkled or creased all over, and felt like sand paper. They washed it in water then pressed it with starch. Ruined the item. I just paid $30 for it off eBay so wanted it cleaned, it was perfectly fine but to be sure I wanted it cleansed before wearing. For these prices it should have came back meticulous. Alas it wasn't. I give one star because the guy was nice enough. Buyer beware.

I've been coming to this spot for about 3 years. All the reviews I had read online before going…read morethere myself told me it would be a terrible place. I checked out a few around town and this one is by far the easiest to get to, parking is available, I don't have to use a card, its clean almost every time i go, sometimes the overnight bunch trashes the place with an ungodly amount of dryer sheets everywhere but its not "dirty" there's not trash everywhere and stuff or people who don't belong anymore. Since going when a New owner took over last year and a new maintenance man is taking care of the place twice a day, I haven't had any problems. & he tries really hard to check on the place a lot and keep it clean. I was there yesterday and he was cleaning All the dryers, had the place closed for several hours, took out All the older lint traps and replaced them with brand new ones, several of the dryers had missing drums to replace with new parts, he was fixing the washing machine doors and seals, sweeping and moping the floor. It looked really good, and my clothes dried faster with the new lint traps. The days that I do my drying he's usually there checking on the place, filling the quarter machine, taking apart and cleaning the dryers, checking the plumbing and the parking lot, taking all the trash out. I'll continue to go here, also be mindful of the time of day if you want to get in and out. If you go at 9pm on a Friday night there could be 15 people in there using all the machines. If you go at 10 am on a tuesday, its probably going to be just you there. and maybe me. But as you go you'll learn when is a good time for you. Ill continue recommending this place to others and if you USED to go there, go back and give it another shot. The crowd that used to live in the building, are no longer there. :)

Detergent is free and clear which is what we use at home even. Everything was perfectly folded and in bags when returned back to us. Also, he offered a 15% discount for first time customers! Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended instead of spending our time at a laundromat or spending a fortune with hotel laundry during vacation!

I asked why I couldn't dry my clothes since I wasn't washing them and it was about 8:15pm and they didn't close till 9:30pm. She told me I needed to take my clothes out. As she's yelling at me a man came up in front of me and began to load his dryer with clothes. I asked again why I couldn't dry and he could. She began ranting about how her boss made the rule and nobody can think for themselves there? My toddler got scared from her yelling and I was physically upset. She then told me I need to leave when I asked why and pointed out the other dryers had over 30 minutes left. I was extremely embarrassed due to the multiple people in there that witnessed it and seeing my child get upset. All I wanted was to dry my clothes. I have never been treated that disrespectfully in my life and I will never go back there again.

I called the day prior to get an estimate on a specific type of garment and was quoted with a starting price. I dropped the item off the next day and was told it'd be ready for pickup 5 days from drop off which was totally fine since it wasn't a rush cleaning. The gentleman who helped me was polite and quick to get my info into the computer. I was able to quickly setup my payment method on my phone, apply a fantastic coupon and pre-pay for my item. Additionally, my item was ready for pickup 2 or 3 days earlier than anticipated and I was notified via text. Wonderful experience at Morrell's and I'll definitely be back!

At first glance I was pretty happy with the results and that I could fit in the dress and hugged and thanked her. Upon closer inspection at home, I realized the alteration was not done in a very professional quality looking way at all. I showed pictures to others who sew and they agreed with my assessment. I don't totally blame the alterations lady because under the circumstances she did what she thought would work best. Although other factors were involved as to why I needed it altered and not just buy a different dress, the moral of the story is if it's a difficult job to perform, then take the "no, I can't do " response given and not try to persuade otherwise! I do like their warm spirit and welcoming attitude so I will consider patronizing them for my cleaning services.
