Our daughter's wedding dress and veil needed to be lightly pressed before her wedding. They did good job and quickly. After the wedding they beautifully boxed up her wedding dress for preservation. Recently I dropped off a queen size electric blanket, a king size comforter, and a heavy sleeping bag to be washed in their commercial washer. All three were ready for pick up in 4 days. Super great experience here. I brought all of my big jackets, coats, and sweaters to get dry cleaned before we head into winter, and they came back refreshed and clean! All my makeup stains around the collar were gone and they were all generally spruced up. I have some pretty bulky coats, which are probably more difficult to clean. I've used a lot of cleaners. Gotta say, these Koreans are very efficient!! Very Quick turnaround on the clothes. The lady always remembers my name. When you dump your clothes off they don't make you wait as they sort out the pile. It's very lickity-split service. They have mini almond snickers in their snack tray which is a plus. A couple of weeks ago I needed to use a dry cleaner for the first time in a while. Searching for one near me, Pro Cleaners came up so I went in. They seemed nice, there was a collection box for World Vision, etc. so I had high hopes. While my clothes returned as expected, Pro Cleaners failed in an honesty test. Some years ago I left money in the pocket of a pair of trousers I had cleaned and my dry cleaner at the time returned it to me. $40 bucks they could have walked away with and I'd've been none the wiser. Ever since then when I use a new dry cleaner I leave a $10 in the pocket. Up until now, every cleaner has found that $10 and returned it. I'm sorry to say Pro Cleaners failed. I shan't be using their services again - I can accept less than perfect service but I can't stomach dishonesty. read more

Wow, ask friends for a dry cleaner recommendation and they unanimously say, "Pro Cleaners!" I'm not one who ignores good advice (which is why I love Yelp), so I took a huge pile of my favorite clothes that had been languishing in a basket in my closet and took them to a lovely person named Diana. She was incredibly pleasant and professional. She said allllllllll of it would be ready by two the next day! I felt like a celebrity with special treatment ~ that was so surprising. When I collected my garments, for an entirely reasonable fee, they nearly glowed with cleanliness and care. I'm so impressed! Furthermore, Pro Cleaners are "green," so they don't use horrid chemicals when treating your clothes! That's huge for me. I've already gone back with more. read more

I have been here only a few times but when I have the lady has been so nice. I don't really have much to compare to but for a suit jacket, pants, and 1 dress shirt came in at just under $20. They also do wedding dress preservation and when I asked she said that it typically runs around $90-150 depending on several factors I guess. So far I really like this cleaners. They have a pretty quick turn-a-round and the price is reasonable. I will continue to go there! read more

Fantastic cleaners with great customer service! I've been coming here for years and I'm never disappointed. I live in Seattle and think it's worth the trek to give them my business (granted my parents live nearby so I have another excuse). Mina is amazing and always remembers my name - even if it's been months since I've been in. And I am always pleased with the alterations I have them take on. Can't forget to mention, they are fast - normally 3 days tops! In the past year, I lost a lot of weight and they were able to change my size 31 pants to a 27 without sacrificing quality. They ended up saving me money because I didn't have to buy new clothes! Their pricing is fair and competitive but their integrity is why I continually engage their services. How many cleaners will tell you they were not happy with how an alteration turned out so they redid it for me without my asking? Obviously I can't speak highly enough. I took my wedding dress there, along with 1 other fancy dress from high school. PROS: Good prices Nice employees/owners They clean a wide variety of things Quick CONS: They didnt get all the stains out (my high school dress had a stain for quite a few years, so I dont blame them really. But my wedding dress was still kinda stained). They messed up my wedding dress! (I had an expensive dress that had intricate beading and when I got it back the beading was messed up and one of the tucks in the dress where there was intricate beads was pulled apart) SOOO......they cant handle delicate materials. Anything with material that can fall off or is super delicate I wouldnt take here. I was pretty bumed to find that out :( read more

I went to get my wedding dress preserved. The front desk gentleman could not answer any of my questions, because he was not familiar with the process. I then get a call a week later [speedy]. When I opened the box, my dress was in complete disarray in the box. It looked nothing like what was presented to me as what would be the final product.
