I stopped by this past week for the first time. Great customer service, very welcoming. I took a pair of pants and they had them ready before the expected date. Business looked very cleaned and organized, it's in a shopping center, they have a lot of parking space. The price was a decent one in my opinion. They text and email you once your order is ready. Did a great job on my down comforter. Clean and fluffy. It was nice to have such a fresh smelling bed. I just sent it back to them again as it is now several months later. I bought my wedding dress off the rack and wanted to have it cleaned and pressed before my wedding. My dress had a lot of delicate lace and i was nervous about it getting ruined. When I tell you that I was in shock when I picked up my dress, I am not kidding. Blue wave gave my already beautiful dress more vibrance and brightness than I could have imagined! I rarely need dry cleaning, but after a trip this December my son and I needed our down jackets cleaned. Not wanting to ruin them in my washer I decided to leave it to Blue Wave Cleaners. Upon return of jackets I discovered 4 holes in my sons jacket. The employee only needed to safety pin the paper onto the jacket tag. Instead they pinned it through the back of the jacket and the hood. Completely careless if you ask me. Zipper completely warped on my own jacket. Any experienced cleaner should know NOT to use high heat on a plastic zipper. My recommendation if you want your items returned without damage is to look elsewhere. Local Family owned, my husband went to Rogers High with the owner, that's cool. Not only are they a small family business but they got their stuff together! We were tired of stepping on our jeans and getting them wet so I took them in to be hemmed. I pinned where I wanted them and dropped them off. In a few days they hemmed them and they don't look weird. They put the old cuff on the bottom they don't look homemade! I have had grease stains removed from a rad hoodie, I had my husbands work shirts pressed because I hate ironing, and my son was spoiled with a few of his garments pressed. Update/Edit: so they finally found my coat after a really kind employee that I called (didn't catch her name) did some hunting. It should have been ready yesterday but apparently they never even started fixing it (after they said they would two weeks ago) so now I have to wait another week till next Wednesday. So now I will have been delayed 3 weeks for picking up my coat. Who knows if they'll be able to find it next week? I guess I'll find out then but at this point I'm expecting the worst and that they won't be able to find my coat when I show up next week for the third time since apparently they haven't inventoried it (I pray to god they finally did after my phone call today)...but extremely low expectations at this point ever getting my coat back..... My review will maybe change based on how the next day goes. So I dropped off my coat two weeks ago to get a broken seam fixed. They said they would call me with a quote on whether they could fix it and gave me a ticket. Never got a call so I show up on the date printed on my ticket in the hopes maybe they fixed it. The girl (who was very sweet) at the front counter couldn't find my coat so she calls her boss and he says he couldn't get a hold of my and outgoing calls to my cell wasn't working for some reason. Ok sure technology issues happen no big deal. Her boss tells me to come back in a week after giving me a quote. No prob. I give them my husband's cell since mine wasn't working for them. I show up today on the day they say it'll be ready. The same girl is working again can't find my coat. She calls her boss again who doesn't pick up. She searches the back room and the computer and can't find any trace of it. She says to come back tomorrow and she'll see her boss tomorrow and should get it sorted out. This is not her fault as she's just doing her job. But I'm wondering what kind of business her boss is running. It's two weeks now and I still don't have my coat - and now it's missing. I'm battling traffic after work each time to get here and I came because of their good reviews. To have to come a third time is beyond infuriating. If they don't find my coat by tomorrow I'm at a loss. If anyone knows of taking legal action due to missing items please message me as I'll be reviewing what to do on my own as well. I've been using Morrell's Blue Wave pretty much since they opened. They are always friendly, and helpful. But that's not the purpose of this review. In November 2016, I dropped off some shirts/pants. A few days later, I picked them up, went home, and put them away in the closet. Fast forward to today (May 11, 2017). I pulled one of the shirts out of the closet, and noticed a small paper bag stapled to the plastic bag covering the shirt. I had overlooked it previously. Upon closer inspection, I discovered a fairly large wad of cash. Apparently I had left it in my shirt pocket, and Morrell's found it and returned it. I had a credit on file at this business, but when I returned with more dry cleaning, I was told that the computers had been updated and my name and credit were erased. The young girl said she would have the manager call me about it. I did not receive a call. When I returned for the item and mentioned the credit, the person helping me this time said that they don't keep credits very long. (Mine was about a year old.) She didn't offer any discounts at all. The cleaning was fine, though pricey, and the missing $8 credit was disappointing. read more

First and last time in here. I had no problem with drop off and actually its pretty cool to have an automatic pick-up machine available for after hours, BUT. I actually had a human there when I picked up my suit, I took the plastic off and it was covered with lint, hairs and couple clumps of starch like stuff(I believe). I asked the man if this is how it is supposed to be and he just said come back tomorrow and I'll give you a free lint roller. Why should I have to come back twice for one item? The service would have been better from the automatic machine I believe. Not even worth the 40% off the first time customer, full price I would have had a few more words to say. read more

Love this place!! The gals at the front are sooooo nice and helpful. My husband was going out of town on Monday night and needed his clothes washed/pressed. I called them on Friday and they said bring it in we can have it back on Monday.. THANK YOU!!! We were both impressed by how well his dress shirts turned out even more impressed with the slacks... When I went to pick them up (late) I called and said I was on my way.
