The dress could not zip and had crystal embellishments around the waist area. I provided the chiffon and satin material should they need it. Reluctantly, she agreed to do the alteration. At first glance I was pretty happy with the results and that I could fit in the dress and hugged and thanked her. Upon closer inspection at home, I realized the alteration was not done in a very professional quality looking way at all. I showed pictures to others who sew and they agreed with my assessment. I don't totally blame the alterations lady because under the circumstances she did what she thought would work best. Although other factors were involved as to why I needed it altered and not just buy a different dress, the moral of the story is if it's a difficult job to perform, then take the "no, I can't do " response given and not try to persuade otherwise! I do like their warm spirit and welcoming attitude so I will consider patronizing them for my cleaning services.

I called ahead to find out how much it would be to get all 10 panels cleaned and thought the price was very reasonable. When I arrived, I reminded the worker that we spoke on the phone and was there to drop off the curtains and she took about 10 minutes analyzing the curtains, sending pictures to someone about them and measuring them. When I asked what was going on, she mentioned that she didn't know what the price would be and that she was working with the owner to determine the pricing for these curtains. She later said that they wouldn't know what the cost would be I told her that I was confused since she had given me a quote on the phone and she said, "well, I just guessed because I didn't know what they would be like" despite me giving her a very detailed description of what I was trying to bring in. I told her that I would be leaving since I didn't want to leave that behind without pricing and she was encouraging me to leave them all behind or to leave at least one panel behind so that she could get back to me with pricing. I declined. Seems awful unprofessional to lie to customers on the phone to get them to come in and then on top of that, to not offer a quote when you're staring at the product live. I wouldn't return here and would not recommend this business to anyone else.

When I opened the suitcase I saw the disaster. All clothes were new with price tags etc . These clothes are beautiful no stains got out all the marks they look so good. I am so pleased so thankful for their hard work and cleaning it. I'm not even sure how many times they had to clean, treat, etc. but they did a phenomenal job. I had pants dresses, shirts, sweaters what have you and one of my favorite dresses I had bought they got the black marks out because the suitcase is black. And they were reasonable they didn't charge me $10 in a leg which I expected to be so much. It was a reasonable cost. Oh my gosh, I can't speak of how good they are. These are my favorite cleaners in Washington and I will continue to go here.
