Proceeds to yell at me with his son to leave his store and talk down to a crying bride to be!!! So not only did this cause me emotional stress and I had to go buy a new dress last minute. $$$ I couldn't truly afford. PLEASE don't make the same mistake, do research on dry cleaners and read up on how they do this on purpose to ladies wedding gowns. I also learned I do not have a leg to stand on, they get away with this often. Ladies be sure to take your dress to a legit place that cares for your gowns!
