King cleaners helped us get some patches sewn on some shirts and hats. They are so nice and helpful.

I brought several of my favorite clothing items to this cleaner (November 2025), expecting them to come back fresh and well cared for. Instead, when I picked them up, everything smelled strongly of smoke -- and then on top of that, it seemed like a heavy fragrance had been poured over the clothes to cover the odor. The combination was overwhelming and honestly disgusting. Even though my items look clean, they do jot not feel clean, and now I need to figure out how to remove both the smoke smell and the chemical perfume. For a place that claims to professionally clean garments, this was incredibly disappointing. I trusted them with pieces that matter to me, and I won't be returning. I hope they address whatever is causing these odors, because this is not acceptable for a dry-cleaning business. The people are nice but the cigarette smells are coming from them. read more

When I went to pick up my items, I could smell cigarette smoke from outside the shop and the smell was even worse inside. Someone was clearly smoking a cigarette inside the shop. read more

After receiving bad service and quality at my last cleaners, I was on the hunt for a place that did the one thing I needed, clean the shirts I dropped off. King Cleaners came highly recommended. Several people said they have been using them for 20+ years. I will say from the moment I walked in, not only did the owner greet me, but she was genuinely happy to see me. And still loves what she does for people. That was a great comfort. She listened. Understood, and promised a great return. Yes. Not only are the shirts crisp, white, and clean, but I had a 2-day turnaround to get them. And she remembered my name when I walked in. It is a bit of a drive for me to get here but worth it for sure. These work shirts cost a lot of money. I am happy to have them taken care of so well at King Cleaners. read more

Don't know how this place stays in business........... Took my dry cleaning here once because I didn't want to drive across town to the dry cleaners by Costco. They wanted almost $200! for what ended up costing me $30 across town plus they were rude and couldn't believe I didn't want to pay their prices. read more

My mom has been going here and I started going as well. She is very quick and very friendly and funny. I had a wedding dress that needed alterations...she did it in 1 day! I was super shocked!! The dress does not look like it got altered at all...it is perfect! She was so clever in how she fixed the dress for me. And it did not cost too much either. I paid less than $200. Other places I went to were starting at around $400+. I am super thankful for her! read more

I rate a NEGATIVE ZERO I will NEVER take my clothes to this cleaners again they stole my clothes acting like they donated them an they where very expensive suits. I also had taken a coat to get sewed an it came undone as soon as I wore it. I will not recommend any of my family and friends to do business with them. Very nice people! The turnaround is very quick. Only reason 4 star is due to the price. Seems a lil high compare to others that I have used in the past especially since I dry clean 6 to 8 dress shirts a week, at least 1 suite a week and a bunch of other stuff on a weekly basis. I really really like this dry cleaners, the turnaround time is so quick and they always do a good job. I do wish they weren't so pricey, but the fact is they do a good job and i would rather pay a couple extra dollars for job well done than go cheaper and have my shirts ruined. I've been using King Cleaners since I moved to the area from Seattle. I found them excellent and very friendly. Prices are good, and the service is fast. They've replaced a few buttons on pants I took to get cleaned for no extra charge, including providing matching buttons. I've taken comforters here after dogs peed on them, and they came out fresh. I don't think I could ask for more for dry cleaning service. Love 'em! read more

Nice lady, of course, but I wouldn't recommend going here for formal dress alterations. My hem was too long in the front, too short in the back by about 2 inches, and uneven everywhere else. My straps were too tight and digging in. I did not realize this until later after I'd paid $100 because there inst really a comfortable place to even really look at what needs to be fixed. There's literally a closet with a mirror in it that you change in, and it's right by the front door where other customers can see you when you come out with your dress on. Was pretty uncomfortable with that. Sure she's fast and friendly, but not a great idea for formal wear unfortunately as it should be altered slowly and precisely in my opinion. I ended up to paying more money somewhere else just to get it fixed AND altered correctly. read more

This business is great they take care of there customers and the cleaning and pressing is done on site they also take leather. They do alterations ,preservation,and the prices are reasonable you pay for what you get, right? All the alterations include the pressing with their price. They also offer a drive-thru and a night drop off so you can get your clothes in at anytime. The customer service is great and they are all so friendly. They work with formal and wedding dresses.They are an Enviro-stars business and their machine is one of the latest in dry cleaning technology so this means no perk smell on your clothes and no irritated skin either . read more

Payed $14 for a small blazer , decided to check if it's clean. It wasn't. I asked the owner to refund my money, she said no. I asked what am I paying for? She said because "she worked hard" but the bottom line it's not clean. What did I pay for? Same thing happened with a dress shirt. It had stains on it, I left a sticker on the spot, I called their place to make sure they see it. ( it was urgent because I was packing before the flight) when I came to pick it up the stain was still there. The owner said she never seen the stain before and it's probably wouldn't come off anyways. The stain came out at the other dry clean I've used. Basically, it's overpriced and there is no guarantee it will be cleaned but you will still get charged. Also, they press so hard on the clothing that they loose color really quick and turns white around the collar and shoulders. Happened to my cotton polo shirts. read more

PLEASE READ before taking your wedding dress or formal dress there for alterations. Save yourself the heartache, tears and disappointment that we experienced. My daughters wedding dress was almost ruined. Thank goodness we found someone to repair the very poor quality of wok that was done. And, even at that there were some things that couldn't be fixed. One lining completely ruined, two hems that did not match up, inside hem 2 inches shorter than outside hem. Slit of dress not done properly. Soooo much more. My "mother of the bride" dress was a complete mess. It is two layers - inside lining and lace over lay. The seem under the arms was stitched on the outside rather than the inside, which made the underarms bulge. I guess she thought I wouldn't notice. The shoulder seems we're so uneven and she insisted they were not. When she finally realized they were she said "oh you have to just pull this one back." I had her redo. The lace over lay was very crooked from taking one side in more than the other. We both had three fittings and finally took our dresses. Young is very sweet and fun, however workmanship is extremely poor. I could have bought a new dress or two with the expense of having these dresses fixed from poor wormanship read more

Their prices are in line with other cleaners in the area, and they always have my job ready on time or early. They have also been able to help me with bad stains and alterations.
