Clean, efficient service in a good location with easy parking. I brought in a king sized comforter to be cleaned and they quoted me $65 before tax, and told me I could return for pick up in 5 days. This was about $20 higher than where I used to go for dry cleaning, but that was on the Eastside and the last time I paid to have my comforter was a year ago, so I understand that prices change. I lost my little receipt/pick up slip, but when I arrived, they confirmed my full name, order item, and phone number. I appreciated that they made me tell them my full number before giving me the item to make sure it was mine. My item seemed clean and was neatly folded and stored in a large plastic bag. They have contactless / tap to pay, and they recycle hangers. There is a parking lot as well as a few spots out front to park. Given the convenience of their location for me, I'll be happy to use them again. read more

Do not come here if you need anything altered. Go to Crown cleaners they are far more efficient and reliable. I came in last week with a time sensitive job and I was assured that it would be ready on time. I asked if they could call if there was any kind of delay because it was solast-minute. I arrive to pick up my garment and it is not done and they did not call me to let me know, out of courtesy. Making matters worse, I was short-changed my refund and found out when I got home and realized that I was short. Basically they wasted my time and took my money. I had a wonderful and concise visit at this location. Host's were pleasant and aided me in a quick explanation of prices (not expensive as other places I've looked at), services, and delivery times. Moral of the story, I was extremely satisfied to have returned from my vacation to my jacket dry cleaned and denim jeans repaired. This place is a disaster. Our family has been going here for 5 years due to proximity and in the last few months, they've ruined/ripped FIVE designer shirts and took no responsibility. When I complained they acted like they couldn't understand due to a language barrier, chuckled, and proceeded to suggest it was my fault. Quite surprising treatment for loyal customers. We live down the street and refuse to continue to give our business to them because we can't trust that our expensive clothes will be handled with care any longer, unfortunately. Service has never been that great anyways and their prices are more expensive than most other places. I do NOT recommend them to anyone. read more

I just read a review where someone said this place had been here for "like 20 years". Yeah, if 20 and 40 are the same thing, which everyone keeps telling me it is. So. Ok. It's been here since before I was born, it has always been here and everything is the same. If you call and say you need 15 minutes, they wait. Your shit is clean and emmaculately pressed, if not slightly threadbare, on account of the recent economic downturn causing you to wear tattered cashmere - with your head held high, because that shit is still beautiful and soft and warm and the genuine fucking article. This place is exactly tattered cashmere; sincere, and warm, and genuine. And $6.50 a sweater - I feel like I have paid up to $12 elsewhere, just because it's cashmere and because people are inherently evil. read more

Friendly, reasonable and timely. I appreciate the attention to detail and that they don't use a marker or super annoying tag on your clothes. Put it this way... Most of the time I dress like I just stepped off the page of a GQ or Jet magazine. I get my grown man on when it comes to being suited and booted therefore, my clothes need to stay crispy fresh like my style.... I dropped of a pair of jeans for a hem, a suit, 11 dress shirts, two cashmere sweaters, and a wool coat picked them up four days later and paid less than $150 at the ring up... Say what?? trust me I was looking for starch stains and missed creases.. What's the catch? No, catch my friend. Every article of clothing was on point... Nuff said...I have been back ever since. Mt. I'm ALWAYS satisfied with the results of my clothes, but I DON'T like the customer service from the owners wife. Peter is GREAT, but I hardly see him anymore, and I often have to deal with grumpy, nonchalant older woman, who often has an attitude. As expensive as this dry cleaners is, and as much as I have paid them, there shouldn't be any reason for her to be so upset every time I'm there, SMH. read more

Been going to this place for fifteen years, and they've never ripped a shirt, torn off a button, or lost a single item of clothing, even when I've forgotten to pick up my clothes for months on end. The woman who owns it has asked me my name and phone number every single time I come in (sorta laughable), but her son is a cheerful sweetheart, and they both always wish me a good day. Seems reasonably priced (Seriously who goes around comparison shopping?). For me it's all about location, plus efficient and friendly service. I agree with what others say here about 'light starch,' however. Ask for no starch if you don't want cardboard clothing! They also do mending, a godsend! read more

They were a complete lifesaver for us when boyfriend got a bunch of uniforms literally a few days before he had to go take them on a trip - so we only had 3 days to have them both dry cleaned and tailored. Nice people, but I lose the occasional button on my shirts and they don't seem to understand the meaning of "light" starch. Every shirt I've ever had cleaned there comes back stiff as a piece of cardboard. I finally gave up and said no starch. Because dry cleaning costs are about 40-50% higher in Seattle than in NYC, I expect at least the same level of service. read more

Negatives -Prices are about 20% higher than competition, better to just drive a little extra distance for a cleaner. - For a luxury service like drycleaning, courtesy goes a very long way.The owners/staff are so rude. These folks are rude. Twice the old Lady has been being so nasty that she's forgotten some aspect of her job. The first time I had to remind her that I had yet to sign the receipt she was busy snatching out of my hand. What is the point in being so nasty? I love this place - awesome alterations and they can get our any stain. When my husband needed his suit altered on short notice they did it I one day. We moved to north Seattle and the thing I miss most about the southend is being so close to this place! But I do trek there a few times a year with a huge batch of alterations. read more
