Excellent service. Clean machines, and clean comfortable common area. No quarters needed since machines run on cards or a mobile app. Attendant on duty! Julio, the attendant on duty, helped me get situated with a machine and payment. I arrived in at 8:30am on Saturday morning -- an unexpected laundry trip to wash all of my bedding afternoon my elderly cat threw up after drinking water too quickly. Having soaked through the mattress pad, this became a cleaning job too big for my tiny apartment washer. When I walked in, Julio was busy at work cleaning lint traps and wiping down machines. As I looked around with my basket of laundry, a regular walked in. Julio greeted him by name. Then, turning to me, Julio asked if I wanted to split my laundry in two loads or wash all at once. I had three sets of queen sheets, plus a mattress pad, a light weight bed cover, a few extra top sheets and towels. The largest machine handled all of this with room to spare. Another set of sheets would have washed easily with the rest. At $14 per load for the LARGEST machine, dryers are $3.25 for 25 minutes. This is a little high, but this is about what I expected to pay for a wash in the city. The machines are fast, though and time is money. I'm glad to be in and out with fresh bedding in about an hour. I've driven by many times and it's always been busy. I can see why. The other laundromat closer to where I live is unattended, dirty, and the change machine never works. Truly this place is a is a breath of fresh air! It's not often that I have to take my things to a laundromat, but when I need to I'll be taking my things to Laundry Day. Ps. We were in Seattle for a few days before our Alaska cruise. We wanted to do laundry and Laundry Day was the closest laundromat to our hotel. Machines were clean, we had a hard time figuring out payment, luckily the attendant Julio was very helpful and friendly. So two thousand and late! That's me. Laundry Day is totally 2025. What do I mean? The last time I went to a laundry mat it was just quarters. On vacation and we needed to launder our clothes. It's all digital! Buy a card, add money. That's how you guy detergent and run each machine. Mind blown. LD has a private lot, plenty of machines. Very clean and the guy working was super helpful. Only comment, almost all soaps were sold out but we got the job done. read more

Clean laundromat to wash your clothes in. Right off of Line 1, so was pretty convenient for me - staying downtown and the laundry facilities at my hotel are not comparable. Not sure who the worker is today but he's a pushy asshole. I had started using this laundromat regularly because the people who work here are usually nice and it's really clean but not after today. I was adding money to the app from the kiosk and he walked up and started pressing buttons on the kiosk because he thought I didn't know what I was doing, even though I did know apparently better than he did. It automatically popped out a card with all my money on it instead of letting me choose the amount to go to the app like I normally do and then he was an asshole about returning the money because it was already on a card and I did it and he swore he had nothing to do with it even though he pressed the buttons on the screen. Very clean. Also very expensive. They now have a laundry card system you can only put in 10+ dollars on a card, in even dollar amounts, or bills - but half the prices are not on the dollar. What is the point of this? Cheapest machine 5.65 or something. Dryers actually dried my clothes, though, which is more than I can say for most laundromats. If it was cheaper and they didn't have to pocket my change, then I'd give it a 5. read more

A facility that uses no coins and only cards which one must load money onto that unless you come back and do not lose the card, is money out of your pocket. This business model feels sketchy as it feels as though you pay up front and get nothing in exchange but an additional piece of plastic in your life to manage. The place is super clean, even the restroom was clean. The manager was very helpful, please note that they don't use coins so he explained the process to me. I loved the extra large washing machines. My only negative was some of the customers( not all) but a few seemed a little rough, but the manager controls the place respectfully but firmly, and I felt safe and i would gladly go again. read more
