I didn't order anything just yet, I asked for a quote on 4 t-shirts and I got so much more. For nearly 3, possibly even 4 hours, David emailed with me about what I would like on a shirt that I needed for PAX West (09/01/2018). Super short notice, I know. David was so kind as to answer all of my questions in regards to what things were, not just about how to make the shirts but also to help with my design. David emailed me two options for shirts that would ensure that I get them in time for tomorrow but we chose to not get the shirts made this time around because my clan members (people I play the game with) didn't know which shirt to pick but we wanted to look uniform. One of my clan members actually came up with a layout that works better for the design we have, unfortunately there isn't enough time to get it done by tomorrow. Totally understandable, I mean, it's tomorrow, I get it. I emailed David back and apologized for using up his time without ordering a shirt; he replied and told me that he loves working on shirts like the one with the new layout (I'd tell you about it but I'd rather have it made and then post David & his team's amazing work before revealing anything). He told me that he'd play around with the design some more - I was ecstatic to hear that because it has shown me that David truly cares about what he produces. Also, when the next convention rolls around, I know that David will have something amazing. The customer service alone has me hooked for any customization needs I may have. Had the opportunity to work with David and thankful for the opportunity. We needed shirts made for a memorial unfortunately the team of people we initially were asked to use neither had the look nor the price I was imagining. I began calling around and other tee shops mentioned an iron on option based on the cost I was looking for. With these unfortunate circumstances created my fortunate circumstance when I called 253. Dave made me immediately feel comfortable giving him my business in such a short amount of time but promised he would have them ready by Friday and low and behold I received the email that morning at 8:45. The process for making screen prints can be very unpleasant. If you are truly trying to get a quality graphic made to order on a shirt GOOD LUCK. There are so many variables that having someone that knows what theyre doing can be looking for a thumb tac in a bath tub full of soap water and people.
