For…read morenearly 3, possibly even 4 hours, David emailed with me about what I would like on a shirt that I needed for PAX West (09/01/2018). Super short notice, I know. David was so kind as to answer all of my questions in regards to what things were, not just about how to make the shirts but also to help with my design. David emailed me two options for shirts that would ensure that I get them in time for tomorrow but we chose to not get the shirts made this time around because my clan members (people I play the game with) didn't know which shirt to pick but we wanted to look uniform. One of my clan members actually came up with a layout that works better for the design we have, unfortunately there isn't enough time to get it done by tomorrow. Totally understandable, I mean, it's tomorrow, I get it. I emailed David back and apologized for using up his time without ordering a shirt; he replied and told me that he loves working on shirts like the one with the new layout (I'd tell you about it but I'd rather have it made and then post David & his team's amazing work before revealing anything). He told me that he'd play around with the design some more - I was ecstatic to hear that because it has shown me that David truly cares about what he produces. Also, when the next convention rolls around, I know that David will have something amazing. The customer service alone has me hooked for any customization needs I may have. Whether it be for my gaming buddies, clubs, work, or leisure - I know I'll be coming back to 253 Custom Tees. I'd give them higher than a 5/5 if I could. They'll get all my larger jobs and my recommendations. I needed a single piece embroidered and called a number of companies to ask if they'd take such a small job. I was met by a range of responses, with some rudely telling me it wasn't worth their time. When I called All-Color they were pleasant, professional, and helpful. They were honest, saying they'd have to work it in, but they were happy to do the work. It was a simple job, so I expected the drop off to be quick. Instead, I was welcomed into the facility and someone was brought from the back to talk about my job. They flipped out a book of fonts, asking my opinion and offering advice. They took the same amount of time advising the best thread color. Again, they promised they'd work it in when possible. Other companies spoke of six week turnarounds for a small job, so I prepared for a long wait. Instead, I received a call about a week later. All-Color is great and I couldn't be happier!

I heard about this company from a colleague who had done business with them in the past and was pleased with the product they put out. He said he had a little trouble when ordering but was able to get on the phone and get it all worked out. Unfortunately when I went to check out, I was put in the same situation I've been in when dealing with other companies as well, with shipping across the country. So I did what I could to explain my situation of a simple email to the company. Ring ring... Denise Sawatzky (Owner/Operator) of TAGS calls me directly. After a few short minutes Denise and I had everything worked out and my order was place. I had requested an engraving for my order, and Denise let me know that the Jack, her engraver, would be emailing me a proof to make sure everything looked good before sending my order out. Shortly after, an email from Jack. The proof looked great and it was clear that he did some research to add some small personalized detail, other than the simple verbiage that I provided to them. A very pleasant and welcome surprise. Denise called again to make sure the proof was good, and shortly after I received another email that my order was shipped! I wasn't expecting such amazing and expedited customer service, but this organization gives me faith that there are still companies out there who care about their customers and will do whatever it takes to provide the very best business possible.
