Update to the update 2/10/2015 ...I had some issues with my newest order at Creative Ink and embroidery...Spoke with Kellie she is the owner. She said she will resolve the problem and I believe she is a woman of her word. I appreciate her being professional with me about the situation. Continued...The owner Kellie told me she would re do my shirts the way they should have been done. Of course I was happy to hear that she was going to be professional and fix the problem. I understand that hings happen. The only negatives were I was told I had to give back the original shirts (which I normally donate to a homeless shelter since I can't sell the shirts or use them because they were not right) And being that they can't do anything with them either I give them to people who can truly use them. Most companies I have dealt with in the past chalk it up as a mistake if the order they did is not right and no big deal. Interesting I mentioned I donate to homeless shelters after I said that she said they do it too?? And last but not least I had to pay for my screens again and I don't think I should have had to do that when my order wasn't right to begin with. I didn't change my artwork I only needed it bigger being that it was too small the first time same design. ***OVERALL*** This set of shirts that they did came out exactly the way they should have and were excellent. I was impressed. The shirts I received today let's me know they have the skills and talent as a company to continue to do quality business in the community and surrounding areas. Which I am sure they have been doing. So I would say definitely give them a try they are a one stop shop and can take care of all your printing and embroidery needs! I emailed to get an estimated arrival time and the response was, "looks like you missed us by 5 minutes." No one's perfect, but really? No apology, just that I missed you? If you need screen printing or embroidery these ladies are the way to go! Very happy and will continue to use them fir years to come! Horrible service. I am a small shop owner and reached out about screen printing prices. I was told I'd be sent an email with pricing (wouldn't tell me over the phone) No email came. I called back a day or so later and the ONLY person who can send out wholesale pricing, wasn't there and would be in an hour. Still no email. I called a few days later, no return call..still no email. Finally called back today, spoke to someone named Sam who told me she'd get back to me in 15-20 minutes. 5 hours later I called back. Apparently bad service is a thing with them because she assumed I was a customer who already had an order in an told me "your order is where it needs to be and we can't make it go any faster" I told her I was the person she talked to about an email..transfers me to someone rude named Kelly (who apparently is the owner) who tells me they haven't sent a price list for 2017 and they are just finishing it, half way through the year and that is why I haven't received it. If this is a preview of how they are when they are actually doing a job, count me out. I will be taking my business somewhere else! ***UPDATE*** still never sent the price sheet! read more

We are a smaller local business that was in need of a new company for our uniforms. We went thru Yelp and did some review searching and found this company and we got off to a little bit of a "bump in the road" start with the initial bid not making it to us but then thought I would reach out one more time knowing that they are also a local business and we know how things can sometimes just easily get forgotten. I am so glad I did because it was just a "small bump in the road". The 2nd time we reached out I got a very quick response from a Kasaundra and she was amazing and had the ball rolling quick as far as all our estimates and proofs. I felt alot better once we got further into the process and now that we have picked everything up I can say I am very impressed!! They were a few dollars more than our previous company but it was well worth in the customer service alone that they have. We recieved all of our uniforms by the date they said as well as the estimates they gave matched and the quick turn a round was also something that was very impressive to us. Another thing I also noticed about this company is that whatever products they are using for screen printing are alot brighter and I feel like they are going to hold up much better then the last place we went thru. Things just looked bolder with the uniform logo in comparison to the last time we had new ones. As for the embroidery part of the work we had done we also noticed that looking alot cleaner as well and that they had adjusted things and these ones didn't pucker when they were embroidered. Do not waste your time with Creative Ink. The estimate will be lower than other area companies, but don't be fooled! It's not worth the nightmare! I ordered fan gear, but we are over half way through the season and I had to cancel the order. They are very slow to respond, and Kellie is AWFUL at customer service. I submitted my order a month before I needed it. At one point, I had waited a week to hear from her about the amount of the deposit. It took me emailing two more times to find out the amount and status of the order. By the time she emailed, the deadline I asked for had passed. Kellie also did not listen to what I wanted to order, and was going to fill the order wrong. I doubt her competence, especially after speaking with her on the phone.
