I am making this dress and I can't do any more until I have that fabric. The customer does not seem to be a priority. I have been put off three times. They are only open about 20 hours a week, there is definitely time to dye my fabric. If they are all so busy they can't get to my dye job in TWO WEEKS perhaps they should hire another person or two or close the store so they can spend their time doing whatever it is using up the rest of their time. Think twice before you have something dyed by them. I have all ready paid them $98!!! I hope that wasn't to cover the time they weren't working on my fabric. I have dyed many many yards of fabric. it does not take countless hours and days and days. That being said, they have a few nice fabrics and they are helpful and courteous but I do not believe the "fabric store and customers" are their main concern. If it's tailoring and alterations, great, do that! Don't continue to hang other customers out to dry! I have a DEFINITE TIME I need to have this dress finished and if they cannot help .......AT LEAST TELL ME AND WRITE A CHECK TO PURCHASE A WEDDING DRESS FOR MY DAUGHTER.

As with all craft stores such as Michael's, the pricing on most every product is very reasonably priced which makes it a whole lot easier to want to do crafting. Selection wise they do pretty good to be honest. The only real difficult thing to find is allot of items for Cricut machines as well as others that are past of a niche market. I have some serious disabilities and she has always been very kind and gracious with me, answering questions over Facebook messenger since it is hard for me to come in, and even remembering our conversations when I come in and showing me directly to the yarn I need so I can minimize my time in the store. I love that they do knitting for charity, like knitted knockers, and classes for everyone from beginners to kids. They just keep expanding their yarn selection and have a great variety of yarn. They have really beautiful, high quality yarns that make knitting such a pleasure. They also have more moderately priced yarns, but nothing cheap (as in quality as well as price). They even carry fiber for spinning, as well as some notions like buttons. There are almost always people sitting on the couches, chatting and knitting. Very friendly, welcoming store that is a pleasure to shop at! The only thing to watch out for is they do carry some body products that are scented with artificial fragrances. I have Multiple Chemical Sensitivities so I'm very sensitive, but my hubby said the scent is definitely noticeable in the store. I air out the yarn for a week in the laundry room and I can use it. Other people probably wouldn't notice after a day or two. Definitely not nearly as bad as JoAnn's or Michael's but something to be aware of. Edit: They don't have yarns dyed with GOTS certified dyes, or organic yarns except one cotton I think, which is strange to me because Olympia is a very environmentally conscious place.
