This rating is a rounding off of the store which deserves 5 stars and the rudeness of the service which deserves 1 star. To begin with -- we loved the store when we first walked on. There are tons of samples of items here including craft things to make and qult designs. However, we were greeted by the owner as we walked up the stairway to one section and told to come down. We were also told where to stand as she decided we needed a history lesson on the location and store. We did not want that or need that. Eventually, we were able to go explore on our own --- which we love to do. My daughter was up going through the bin of clearance items and was "told" several times to move so those there could go get their lunches or whatever. However, the worst part of the experience here was at check-out. Obviously, this store is a place to socialize in town and that's exactly what "Barbara" the sales person was doing at the cutting table. I stood there and stood there and stood there listening to her chat, exchange pictures and discuss goings on. She had long finished with the customer so it wasn't like she was providing the service. When I said something she reached over and asked how much yardage I wanted and went on with the conversation with her friends (they were no longer customers as they had long been waited on). We had to actually make comments to her about finishing up so she could help us. Terrible service. Not sure we will ever be back.
