I wish I would've read these reviews before!…read more I took a vintage Wrangler Jean jacket in to have custom embroidery done on the back. It took over 5 months and several trips into her shop because she does not respond to email or the phone. She only agreed to do the work by a deadline after I said I was coming to get the jacket. And she still didn't meet the deadline. When I picked up the jacket she discounted it saying it was because it took so long. But the letter embroidery was crooked and ran up on the seam, the artwork was much smaller and not proportionate. The cowgirl's head looks squished and she has a dark brown leg "chap" on one side which does not match the other side. I have now spent several hours taking it out and will find someone else to do the custom work. A very frustrating experience to say the least.

I started to have some problems with it recently. I was looking at paying for service or..... hey, look at the sales, new machine. I was able to trade it back in receiving a very generous trade in value - like seriously a fantastic trade in allowance, and was recommended a new machine (Bernina B770QE), which I love. I have completely spaced her name, but I worked with the store manager. She was beyond accomodating. Every last person I have encountered in the store is beyond nice, and they take the time to help figure out what you need. I have taken a handful of classes and attend Sew Fun, when I can. Big hint: Get the CMP. This is not an upsell. I am not a "buy the warranty" kind of person. It includes "spa" time (cleaning), which if you do that even just once a year, the CMP annual average is paid for. It includes service (parts and labor) along with "spa" time. If you are spending $$$ on a machine, you need to make sure it is taken care of. My only wish is - please have more classes in the evening and weekends. Lots of us still work and can't do those 10 to 4 pmish classes.
