I find it hard to believe they don't have any latitude to say yep this is the persons goods considering there was nothing being scanned. I also had the invoice with the sellers info. Not to mention I have proof of delivery with this store owners name off my tracking. This also wasn't the first problem it's been back and forth for weeks. This is just the latest issue with this same package. I'll get my refund and avoid this store at all costs. I recommend to avoid them...
