I've worked with a lot of printers and this location is to be avoided. They ignored my online quote…read moreand said "They had questions" but never reached out-presumably hoping it would go away. I called to find this out when I had not heard from them for four days. Then the older man who answered the phone said there were so many things wrong with the file it would be too expensive for me to print it in the long-run. So I asked if I made all of the corrections would they be able to quote and he said you'd have to choose paper and blah, blah, blah, and so they couldn't/wouldnt even give a ballpark. It was obvious they didn't want the job. I corrected the file and send it to the Lynnwood location and they helped me without any complaints. I'd rather drive an extra 45 minutes to work with a positive person than a negative one.

When I arrived, I showed the tracking information confirming it had been delivered there. The manager briefly looked for the package and immediately told me it wasn't there. I explained that it may have been misplaced or mixed in with other packages, but she repeatedly insisted it wasn't at the store and made no apparent effort to investigate further. Since I urgently needed the package, I drove to the UPS facility and was fortunate enough to speak with the driver who had delivered it. He even showed me confirmation that the package had been dropped off at this Staples location earlier that day. I returned to the store with this information, but the manager still insisted the package wasn't there. Eventually, after being told I could look myself, I checked the Amazon drop-off area and found my package there. Not only had it been misplaced, but the package was already opened. What bothered me most wasn't the mistake itself--people make mistakes. It was the complete lack of effort to help, the dismissive attitude, and the refusal to acknowledge that the package might have been misplaced despite clear evidence that it had been delivered. Even after the package was found, there was no apology or accountability. Instead, I was told to leave the store. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I hope Staples management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future.

With just a couple of hours of wiggle room I tried to place an order with this FedEx online and was seeing that pickup wouldn't be available until the next morning. I gave them a call and asked if they could potentially have my order done in the time frame needed. They were a little nervous about the turnaround but much to my happiness, they were able to pull it off! The team here was on top of the order and so helpful over the phone and saved the day.
