What was their email Address again? I have it in my phone but never can remember the beginning. She gave me a card on how to do it myself. I said I always have you guys do it for me. But she'd walk me through it so I could do it myself. I said, I'd prefer for you to do it. She says well then I'll have to charge you $18?
