Communication is beyond frustrating and no one seems to know what is going on. Thomas told us we had to jump through multiple hoops just to keep our mailbox active, but only after they stopped forwarding our mail out of state. We did not even find out for months. Once we finally got answers, we spent two hours of our day running to a notary, sending documents, and providing updated billing information as requested. They mailed us the mail they had been neglecting to forward us due to payment, once payment was received. Fast forward to today, and they still have not updated the billing, and our mail is still not being forwarded. After all that time and effort, nothing was resolved. This is unacceptable and completely disorganized. Get it together. This situation is insane. The only thing that is consistent with this store is that they are consistently incompetent.
