I frequent this UPS for Amazon returns, but this time around I made a visit to order holiday cards. The process was painless, the price beat other retailers, and the end product was great. I had 50 cards turned around in a faster time than the 24 hours promised. I actually called around to other UPS stores first to compare and they did not offer what this specific location did. If you need printing done, I highly recommend the Kenmore UPS. I was not expecting such a great experience during the holiday rush. I definitely recommend this UPS store! Shipped a package at the store on 12/7/24 and was given options for 2-day or 5-day shipping. Selected 2-day and paid more but package was shipped in 5 days. Went to store to get the difference but was declined by store manager. Store charges more but when not delivered declines to refund the difference. It seems to be a scam AVOID THIS STORE. read more

Sabrina went above and beyond for me. I am a regular at UPS in Kenmore, for all types of various services. This particular occasion, I needed a very important fax sent as fast as possible, but the fax machine was not cooperating. 41 pages had to be hand fed one page at a time (or the machine would jam) and we were met with busy signals and comm errors over and over. She never gave up, and called me after they closed to tell me the remaining pages had finally gone through! I was especially grateful for her positive attitude and that she never once gave up, or told me I was out of luck. The world needs more employees like Sabrina. The UPS store in Kenmore is now my preferred stop for mailing packages. There are at least two to three people on shift handling all the customers properly, unlike the post office, the latter of which I have vowed never to return. The nice woman who helped me mail my uncle's Christmas present was very knowledgeable about her business and did not have a thick accent that was hard to cut through, like the guy at the post office (no offense). They UPS store gives you several options for packing, shipping and insurance for just about any budget, and unlike the rude post office employees, they won't dog you for wanting some last minute tape to finish up your package (at the post office they make it clear you have to pay for tape(!)). You can also bring your items here without any boxes and they will pack and wrap them for you at a reasonable charge, which is very handy when you have the money and are in a hurry. It's like night and day with this UPS store and the post office. I recommend this place instead of the post office to everyone I know. The post office's days are definitely numbered, and it's good to know that we have an affordable and professional shipping alternative. read more

I work next to the UPS Store on Ballinger way in Shoreline so I have been using that location for logistical convenience for our business mailing, despite continually receiving poor customer service. When I discovered today they couldn't do a passport photo I needed, I called other nearby UPS Stores and found that the Kenmore store could provide the service. I had the BEST customer service with experience with Dean at the Kenmore store. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Dean took a great passport photo on the first try, and made the entire experience painless and fast. I saw regular customers popping in with packages to drop off as I was paying, and I enjoyed their friendly exchanges. He talked to the customers using their names and obviously had relationships with them. This is my new UPS Store! It's a little further away for me, but completely worth it for the level of customer service I know I will receive. Ample parking too. Well done Kenmore....you have a new customer! read more

Listing Joe Blow is not enough . . . you need Joseph Blow Joe T. Blow Jo Blow If it's a business, list EVERY employee, account name, etc. I kid you not. You can rent a business box here, they will tell you that only the 1 personal name is ALLOWED TO PICK UP MAIL, when it's only the 1 personal name that they will accept mail for. And yes, they're SLOOOOOOOWWWWWWW . . . If I hadn't just paid them for a YEAR, I'd be moving again. read more

The staff there worked well together, squeezed people in, communicated great with each other and the customers, and juggled everyone well. Don't trust them.I paid $80 for a letter to be sent to LA. They have absolutely no clue what they are doing. They don't provide good customer service and I had to call everywhere to find my passport. I will never come back to this store. I am very disappointed with customer service of this store. Today I come and give Tracy the address which I would like to send back. I told her that return place is very specific, they want the RMA number has to be the front of the address, if not, they are going to send back package to me with my own expenses. Tracy tried to not understand me, and I had to ask her to fix 3 times but it was still not really exactly the same I want. I did go to Kirkland location store to send other package to this address this week, and they did exactly what I wanted. I've had a box there for about 4 years and they are always tremendously helpful, courteous and go out of their way to be helpful and supportive. On several occasions I've popped in there for a printing need - unexpected, of course, and in a time crunch, it seems. This used to be one of my favorite store to pick up my packages and browsing all those cool gadgets on the counter. Not any more. I have been using this store as UPS Access Point to receive my packages. But my last 5 shipments have been denied to this location, causing unnecessary delays, and driving long ways to Redmond center to pick up packages IN TRAFFIC. After speaking with UPS agent on phone, that's when I found out the packages were denied by the store. WTF?! Just like the company itself.
