Consistently worst UPS Store bar none I've used, and I use them often. Owner doesn't realize he is in America and customer service here is not like in third world countries. When our neighborhood started getting hit with constant mail theft we opened a box 6 months ago here at the UPS store. I have been quite happy with everything about it, and the folks who work there have always been unfailingly kind and helpful. I frequently have to bet there just a few seconds before closing, and am always relieved at how patient everyone is to me. Discovering them as a return site for Amazon was a great relief. Avoid this store. I rented a box here, and the owner lost the package. When I received notification from FedEx for a very expensive item, I came in to pick it up, and was told by the owner they did not receive it. FedEx has the owner's signature of receipt, but he states that the FedEx driver "lies and signs his name without coming in". With enough complaining he gave a partial refund for the item (Why would somebody do this if they really believed it was a FedEx issue). He refused to pay in full or refund the box rental. Sadly, I cannot get the shipping insurance refund from FedEx because he signed for it. My only option now is small claims court. The FedEx driver even spoke with him, and reported back that he complained there are "too many boxes for him (the owner) to keep track of"...it is a UPS store. Dishonest, horrific customer service, avoid, this place should not be allowed by UPS to operate. read more

What I like from this store is they have plenty of parking spots as they are in a marketplace. Sometimes people are not as patient while parking or they occupy spots for a longer period than what are they marked. But you can always walk a few more steps. It is a basic store but you can find everything you look for. Basically, for sending stuff or copies. It is super easy and fast sending things. 2 ladies where there and no line waiting. It took me 2 minutes and 2 more waiting aprox. Didn't interact that much with staff so I can't say if other reviews are right it not. read more

Nobody likes paying for shipping, but as a British person living in the States it is part of the package (excuse the pun). However, there are times when you feel taken advantage of and today was one of those days. My British passport had expired, I needed to send it back to the UK for them to process the application of my new one. A normal sized passport in a regular envelope. I needed tracking, but it didn't need to be sent priority. Are you sitting down? No, really sit down. A $126 to post a passport to the UK. You're thinking I have misplaced a decimal point, right? That I really mean $1.26. Nope, she quoted one hundred and twenty six dollars. Obviously, I didn't pay that. I went to USPS and paid $56 for priority mail and tracking door to door. Remember to shop around people! Edited to add that the customer service i received was subpar. Very much a like it or lump it approach. read more

Extremely belligerent person working here, I've never experienced anything like this in any business before, it was more than just being rude. He was lashing out at everyone who came in, very argumentative and angry over reasonable requests costumers had. Don't count on them staying open for their full business hours. I needed to drop something off quickly and showed up 5 minutes before closing -- only to find the lights off, the security gate drawn, the open sign turned off. So I sat there for a few minutes, mostly because I was pretty irritated but also so I could do a quick search on my phone for other options... and then I see the two employees walking out exactly at 3pm. :/ Apparently their business hours are their payroll hours not the time frames you should expect to find them open. I'm not really that mad- I just wish their hours were accurate... so I wouldn't have made a high speed drive to get here ON TIME... and not make it. Also- I get that the pandemic/employment issues make it harder to fill shifts and I can understand a business might normally be open but have to close if they don't have anybody to work a shift -- but if you have two people working and leaving exactly at 3pm, I think they could have waited a few more minutes... read more

And we're back to a total jerk of an owner, who can't keep staff at all. Always new people who don't have any idea what they're doing. There were a couple people who were really good for a long time, but it was so short staffed that they couldn't even eat lunch or have a day off and started closing randomly so you never knew when it would even be open to get your mail. They are gone and now chaos rules. The current owner is rude to customers and thinks he knows better than everyone and we're supposed to feel sorry for him because doing the job correctly takes sO MuCh tImE, that he has to be condescending to customers who have been there since long before he bought it, rather than just do the job right. read more

I've mostly enjoyed my experience as a customer at this store. The staff are super kind and helpful. There is just one manager (older blonde lady Terri) who is always impatient and irritable (also tends to roll her eyes) - making for very unpleasant visits to this store. The other negative is the high costs for printing and for the use of their computer for that purpose. read more

This store is by far the worst UPS store I've ever been to & consistently awful. Staff is beyond rude, put out that they have to do anything for you, & they will definitely try to overcharge you (several times I've asked for a quote just to save a drive & they' tried to charge me $28 for a package the post office sent for $9) - I've literally gone there just to drop off an Amazon return (the only reason I even consider going) that was in a small envelope and they wouldn't take it because they were 'full' - def worth the drive to go somewhere else where they don't hate you read more

I showed up at 6:42 on a Monday evening (the earliest I could make it over there on a weekday afternoon) to have a document notarized. Their website says they close at 7. I pulled right up front and as I switched my car off, someone pulled out a step-stool to the front door and switched the 'Open' sign to 'Closed'. Why advertise you are closing at 7 if you are indeed not?? Or at least advise the public in advance that you are closing early! Believe it or not, people are not just waiting until the last minute to get things done, but rather they are working and trying their hardest to make it to their various destinations with sufficient time to spare. That of course can only work out if businesses are true to their word, their opening and closing times.... if businesses are reliable and professional. Won't be relying on these guys ever again, since I'm not guaranteed that they won't be closing early again with no heads-up being given to the public. read more

This is a great convenient location but their consistency and reliability of being open, especially after 5 o'clock, needs some improvement. This was true even before Covid. On two occasions I arrived shortly before closing time but things were already locked up. Especially frustrating when you're rushing home from work and trying to get there in time only to have the door be locked five minutes before closing! The last time I went there was a hand written sign, not very well displayed, that their systems were down so they were closed. Try to be more reliable guys! We're relying on you! read more

I needed to send an item from usps, and the person in this store said he cannot give me the usps free box because I came with a label from poshmark, even if he gets the boxes for free and he should give it for free, he will not give it unless I print another label from his store. Went to make some returns and found the store closed. The hours list on The UPS Store website shows one thing, but the store does another. This has happened way too often. Another person showed up while I was there. They too were confused as to why the store was closed. I guess they decided to change their hours, but not update it anywhere else but on the door. They haven't ever answered the phone when I have called, so you can't call to see if they are actually open. read more

Andrew and the owner Naresh are the best. They always take care of me. This store always comes through, it was a snowy day today but they were open. I had gone to two different UPS stores before this one today and they were both closed which put a damper on my day with scheduling, I knew I should've just come to this location first because snow or not they are reliable! Extremely unprofessional, downright rude and bad customer service. Went there for a notarization at 4:25pm. Staff (Irina) told me the Notary had left for the day. When i reminded her she notarized my previous document.....she told me they stop notarizations at 4:00pm as they are understaffed. They had 1 other customer other than me in the store. Very unprofessional and Irina needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. I would fire such incompetent people if they worked for me. read more

Amazingly clean and organized store! I was very pleasantly surprised on how helpful the staff was. I was greeted immediately by the staff once I got into the store and was helped by Anthony, who was extremely pleasant to talk to! Anthony actually suggested a better way to get my package across the country faster! I really didn't know UPS had that capability! The staff is a really well oiled machine and they work well together! This UPS is one of the worst. I went in there for a I-9 Verification during the COVID-19 pandemic. I got my appointment and I arrived on time at the scheduled time. I waited in line for roughly about 5 minutes and the person told me to wait at the corner of the store without telling for how long I was about to wait. As I stood there, there were customers coming in and out of the store and I was just standing there for another 10 minutes. Fearing I might get infected, I began to get frustrated and I asked someone/anyone at the counter to provide me with an ETA. The owner of the UPS Store was angry at my frustration. She asked me to leave the store and I demanded her to complete my I-9 Verification before i leave the store. She rudely completely my verification and we had a few heated exchanges. This was one of the worst experience that I had with a UPS Store. UPS should not allow this person to run your UPS store and she is not customer focused at all. read more

I had a nightmare at this store today. I needed to send out some sensitive documents (including my social security No and bank statement etc.) I asked the owner(Terri) if they can be packaged in front of me or I can package it myself. But she ignored my request and took all my documents and left them on a desk and said "we are in care of it now, someone will come and package it later". I asked her many times, "can I get my stuff back? they are important documents, I want to package them myself". she kept on ignoring my request as if she is the queen of UPS. After many many round of ask, she finally gave back my document and refund me. She can't act in this way just because she is the owner there and there aren't many shipping option in RR. In the end, I went to Fedex and the friendly staff helped me package them right away. Keep away from UPS in RR if the owner is still this rude woman! UPS should not allow this kind of person to run your UPS store and she is not customer focused at all. read more

Unfortunately this UPS store has a bad demeanor employee that won't communicate well nor listen before dismissing the customer. Yes that one employee that blows off customers as they enter the store. I saw this happen to the guy ahead of me in line. Anyways this store does not have any reputation as seen from the other not-so-pleasant feedback. This store is clearly run by a bunch of people who don't know what they are doing, and why they are doing. Totally incompetent people who just landed here at the wrong time. This blonde hair lady won't listen to me, won't let me talk, and just went on yapping about how she wants the notary service to be done. Just one bad experience presented at this store today has made up my mind - NEVER ever to go to this local store again. I took my business somewhere else & it is their loss, not mine. Just a small advice - shut down this store or continue pissing off customers. I wish I had the option to give a zero star here. Attitude of this store won't change & we have options around. If I could put a 0 stars I would. Right after a second interview they offered someone the job. Then on the first day they decided they "didn't need the position" anymore. I am very disappointed because not only is it extremely unprofessional (expecting this company to be professional was my mistake) but also weird. They shouldn't be advertising "Help Wanted" when they don't actually have a job available. So to all who read this, don't bother applying because you might not even be applying for a job. read more
