They allow you to borrow a truck on your move in day, it was extremely convenient if you're able to return the truck before the end of the day- this was no problem for us with their Saturday hours. The security seems good, I have no fear for my possessions. The after hours access is the major game changer, the big chain in Seattle area has horrible hours for folks who work traditional business hours. I've been able to stop after work, after dinner with friends, weekends, etc. and their location right off 405 makes it a quick trip from when I'm coming from the east side or seattle. So stress free- will continue to use stor house even though I don't live very close to them!

I've had to use storage units before in my moves but this is a new experience for me with the rodents. It's disgusting and hazardous.

It shouldn't be a big deal, but when you're spending 2-5 hours moving in and out it makes a difference (Beatles, classic rock, 80s and 90s). But THE BEST PART is that they have a moving truck you can reserve/use any time you need it for as many times as you need it! Seriously, free moving truck? The storage unit literally pays for itself compared to the cost of a moving truck. I have absolutely nothing bad I can say about this place. Even the bathroom was always clean.

I did rent a unit at another storage facility less than a mile away from Redmond Mini Storage that was not a great experience. Also paid much more for a unit with many price hikes at the other more "corporate" place for a very small unit. Could rarely get any answer but "no" or "I don't know" there when I reached out. Victor & Redmond Mini Storage is the exact opposite of the other place. Has very fair prices, move in discounts, clean, secure, and well lit. I see this as a money making game at the expense of the customer satisfaction. I've started looking around and have realized that I am not the only person being impacted. After 6+ years of paying a fortune for a 5'x10' unit (now $180/month, increasing to $212 as of…read more6/1/2023) it was time to move out. Arrived 4/25 with a rental vehicle to do so but the elevator was out of order and apparently had been for a few days. To avoid paying the next month's rent, we had to vacate the unit by EOD 4/30. When we called to check the status of the elevator that day, we were told it was still out of order. Our unit is located on the 3rd floor of a notably large building...at least 500-600 units. There is ONE elevator for the entire building and TWO stairwells on the far end of each side. Only one stairwell is accessible from the outside. Needless to say, moving the items out of the unit without an elevator would've required assistance of at least two other able-bodied people, which was not possible. Although we contacted management, sure enough, we were charged for the entire amount as of May 2. A classic example of a business causing their customer to suffer from what is their--and only their--mistake.
