Their customer service isn't. She called to talk but didn't let me speak until I yelled to let me speak. And all she was doing was trying to give me the blame and disregard all that I had said multiple times. That's not customer service, that's CYA. And a bit of gaslighting. I was being told I didn't know what I knew, didn't experience what I experienced. At the end of the day, it's no skin off my nose. When I'm done with the unit, I'll leave. They will remain a poorly run company, will a poorly trained staff, and non-customer service.
