It shouldn't be a big deal, but when you're spending 2-5 hours moving in and out it makes a difference (Beatles, classic rock, 80s and 90s). But THE BEST PART is that they have a moving truck you can reserve/use any time you need it for as many times as you need it! Seriously, free moving truck? The storage unit literally pays for itself compared to the cost of a moving truck. I have absolutely nothing bad I can say about this place. Even the bathroom was always clean.

Management (Jacob Davis) gave minimal help and zero constructive follow-up. When we followed up a week later, Jacob turned hostile and then issued an eviction notice based on a completely fabricated claim of improper conduct in the facility--with no video evidence or proof ever provided. Inadequate security, missing hallway surveillance, indifferent staff, and baseless eviction tactics make StorQuest completely unreliable. Be very careful to review the final charges if you rent from this Budget location. I was…read moreincorrectly charged for refueling, and even when I provided documentation that the truck was returned refueled, they still refused to fully correct the bill. I was quoted an estimated total of $43.07 for a local truck rental, but after returning the truck I was charged $93.34. The charge included 24 miles and 2 gallons of gas, despite only driving 22 miles and returning the truck fueled above the full marker. When I presented my drop-off photos and fuel transaction, instead of simply correcting the bill, they offered a partial correction. They refused to remove the 2-gallon fuel charge and acted like they were doing me a favor only partially overcharging me. If you rent here document everything and do not assume that they will correct the bill willingly.
