Now the day before our move they call to tell us that they don't have our truck and that we'll have to go to New Castle to pick it up. 30+ miles and an hour+ out of our way. How do they compensate us for this? By throwing on 30 *free* miles. Not only are we out time but we're now responsible for almost an extra half a tank of gas on this thing and they don't care! They've had 3 weeks to prepare for this reservation, instead they screwed us over the day before our move.

There are two entrances but i'd recommend the side next to 76/ on the way to costco, avoid 85th street because you won't be able to park correctly. The refill for our gas tank took about 10 minutes, easy, and the service was nice. Oddly they don't take cash, they take your literal CARD INFORMATION, as in you type in your card number, CVV, and expiration date on a work phone. The guy said it would be erased right after, no other choice of payment. Pretty odd. Overall, good experience and was $7.28 total for a 1.5 refill in our tank.

Looked at my receipt when I got it, and they had charged $23 for 4 gallons ($5.75/gallon) for the trip, even though, as I said before, I had refueled it before returning. So, they were claiming, in addition to the 2 gallons I put in, the van needed 4 more, so 6 gallons to drive 11 miles. That's some awesome gas mileage (less than 2 miles/gallon). Clearly, they were misquoting the return value to inflate the charges. If you are, by some unfortunate set of circumstances, forced to use them, please go over your receipt with a fine-toothed comb, and if you find an error, contact corporate to fix it, since you can't trust the location. Corporate will reverse the charge, but that's it. TLDR - They will overcharge you, use someone else!

I was quoted an estimated total of $43.07 for a local truck rental, but after returning the truck I was charged $93.34. The charge included 24 miles and 2 gallons of gas, despite only driving 22 miles and returning the truck fueled above the full marker. When I presented my drop-off photos and fuel transaction, instead of simply correcting the bill, they offered a partial correction. They refused to remove the 2-gallon fuel charge and acted like they were doing me a favor only partially overcharging me. If you rent here document everything and do not assume that they will correct the bill willingly.

Handy Andy gets bonus points for being able to accommodate me without an advance reservation. They also got us checked out quickly and charged the same rental fee as the other "big boys." The subtraction point is because the truck was an absolute junker. There was a hole in the driver's seat so big I could put my whole arm through it all the way to the floor. The truck cab was filthy. The cargo area floor was ripping up and there was no ramp. The truck was making a horrible noise - as if a belt was about to go. It felt like the suspension and shocks were totally shot. We had to be extra careful about using enough furniture padding and tie-downs. The place itself is an absolute dump. A literal junkyard. We left there wondering about the company's worker's comp history. There are tools hanging hap-hazardly all over the walls, multiple story shelves and an enormous crazy-hot totally open space heater that would have caught my pants on fire if I had been unfortunate enough to back into it while in line. The guys were nice enough and I did get a last-minute truck. But yeesh - what a rundown dump.
