I found Factoria Security Self Storage by chance. Cork was professional; he went above and beyond to find the storage space I was looking for and made the process easy. Once we had completed the paperwork, I was in a hurry to leave. Cork offered to return to the storage, lock up the unit, and return the keys to me, which I appreciated.

Friendly, professional, down to business, also down to chat about anything and everything, especially sports and family. I feel that the owners truly care about each and every one of their tenants. The facility is clean, heated, never an issue ever. I absolutely love this place, and will continue to use them if I need to in the future.

This is a top notch storage facility that wants to help the customer. They have a large FREE move in truck we utilized and we even received $50.00 for recommending this to others, they are thrilled also! No need to look elsewhere, this is the best by far!

I had a unit for a year or so, since Judy was no longer in the office the young man working there…read morecalled me and told me my unit had been broken into so come and see if anything is missing. When I got there I was shocked I couldn't believe how much of my stuff was missing, my unit had been so full you couldn't even walk in it, now there's a whole lot of room to walk around. I asked the man in the office what they had on the cameras because they had to make multiple trips in and out to steal so much stuff, he said there was nothing out of the ordinary, how were they able to get thru the main gate and then have the code to get in the building and make multiple trips without being noticed? They told me my unit was the only one broken into, that same day when at my unit a man came to his unit which was down a few from mine, he had to have the lock cut off, he said he had been there the previous week and his unit had a different lock so it had to be cut off he was missing half of his belongings, he then put a new lock on it he was there to empty his unit once again he had to have the lock cut off when he opened his unit it was completely empty. So I had been lied to my unit was not the only one broken into. I believe this was an inside job I find it hard to believe that someone could make so many trips in and out and not be noticed. I do not recommend this storage facility. I feel that more units were broke into but they were also told they were the only one.

There is also a restroom for use within the units, and it is very clean and well stocked. A resounding A++ for this business!!!!

All the name brand self-storage companies you see popping up everywhere are borderline fraudulent…read morebusinesses whose prime motivation is low overhead real estate speculation--they are rife with burglaries and their cheap prices get raised after a couple months. Yet despite such a low bar for beating the competition, Peoples Storage still goes above and beyond to provide great security, facilities, and customer service. Excellent value for a secure, large unit with temperature control. The biggest reason to go with…read morethem is their security. The owners live on site and do a great job with security. Which does mean you have to follow the rules, but what you get is the peace of mind that your unit is safe from theft or damage. Accessing the unit is easy, the bay is huge, the elevators are large, and I've never had to wait on someone else to access my unit. They have a bunch of dollies on site and their shop is very fairly priced if you need a lock, boxes or packing material. The building is gated making it even more secure. I highly recommend this place especially if your items are valuable or would benefit from temperate control.

I discovered that some things had somehow gotten wet and that RATS had been in my stuff! Rat turds everywhere and in my boxes!!! To this they answered "Well you've been here a while". WHAT! I was so stunned by this answer that I didn't ask for a refund of the payment I had recently made. If they were like other storage facilities I have done business with, and who pro-rate, they owe me money. However with that attitude do you think they would refund it without me asking? Yeah, sure. NOT! I find out, after speaking with others, that they are far from the best around and I want to share that information. I suggest Everett Storage to you. Great people! They have 3 very clean and convenient facilities in Everett. On Rucker you can drive INSIDE on 2 levels! There is also a moving truck available. Go use one of these facilities....NOW! :)

I…read morestarted renting from them in October and when January 29th came around and they jacked my rent up by 25% i had been there like 3-4 months tops. this year i got another notice on jan 29th (its automated so they just will jack you up like clock work) for yet another 20%. Trust me there are plenty of other storage places around that won't be playing with your money every year. this is the automated letter they send you - We are contacting you to communicate an adjustment in the monthly rental rate for unit 1234 at Anthem Self Storage. We do not take adjusting your rental rate lightly and understand cost increases impact you. We want you to know that this is not a reflection of your tenancy but of several other factors. When we make rental rate adjustments we consider rising facility costs, facility maintenance needs, facility improvements and current rental market conditions among many other factors. With all this in mind, effective with your rent due on 3/1/2026, your new monthly storage rent will be (20% higher for no apparent reason) This increase only effects your rental rate. It does not change any insurance or billing services that may be on your account. These will remain the same. We would like to thank you for choosing Anthem Self Storage as your storage provider. We greatly value your business. If you have any questions or concerns, we are here for you, please do not hesitate to contact us. so yeah- TLDR - they have an automated system that jacks your rent up automatically on Jan 29th by aprox 20% if you're cool with starting off at $150 then having them jack you up to 250$ with in 2 years for a 10x10 than this is your spot! ---- --- Steve with all due respect, if its not automated than why do you send the exact same form letter on the exact same date every year for a set percentage increase... I actually called in after the first increase because i hadn't even been there 4 months yet and your employee told me its automatic every year. no need to lie on yelp dude makes you look even worse, my question now is are you going to make me stay another month or can i leave right now because 250$ for a 10x10 is outrageous. next door they have a starter rate for 66$ for a 10 by 10 with a rate of 130$ you are selling the same unit im currently in right now for 150$ on your own website!!! You're just jacking me up for no reason at all, and you're not even remotely competitive. 150$ to $250 with in 16 months... what!?
