The staff has always been friendly and always helpful. The the unit was secure, low priced and the facility clean. All the years we stored there, and we had two units, there were never any issues. They even offered us cold bottled water when we were sorting our stuff on a hot summer day. We loved that the staff were responsive and security minded. It makes a big difference compared to a few places we tried before. We will tell our friends and when we need storage again, we will return. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I discovered that some things had somehow gotten wet and that RATS had been in my stuff! Rat turds everywhere and in my boxes!!! To this they answered "Well you've been here a while". WHAT! I was so stunned by this answer that I didn't ask for a refund of the payment I had recently made. If they were like other storage facilities I have done business with, and who pro-rate, they owe me money. However with that attitude do you think they would refund it without me asking? Yeah, sure. NOT! I find out, after speaking with others, that they are far from the best around and I want to share that information. I suggest Everett Storage to you. Great people! They have 3 very clean and convenient facilities in Everett. On Rucker you can drive INSIDE on 2 levels! There is also a moving truck available. Go use one of these facilities....NOW! :)

Tops of units are open, a few inches between bars, but they wouldn't have ventilation otherwise. Security seems good, I've always felt safe in the covered parking area and inside. Lights go on automatically as you walk through the hallways. There is a nice bathroom on the ground floor, outside the office near the carts, nice to have when you're there for hours sorting. Prices went up a few times during a fairly short period awhile back, less so lately--Thanks! Great deal compared to many comparable Seattle storage facilities, easy access off I-5. I visited my unit recently after two years and there was hardly any dust. I found this place kind of randomly and am so glad I did!

We had a storage unit here for about 4 years while we lived out of state. The unit we had was clean…read moreand the size was fine for what we needed. We started with the first month being $1, which was great but soon found out they would increase the rent by $20+ dollars every 6 months and we had to insure everything which increased the rent by $15 a month. 2020 we didn't see any increases, thankfully! Be careful with auto pay, even if you always pay on time - they will charge you a late fee if you are one day late due to a system error and they won't refund it. We gave notice a week before returning to WA and stopped our auto pay. We got a call two days later saying we needed to take our key to the office by X date or our locks would be cut because they planned to do sprinklers checks. Thankfully that date was after we planned to move but at the same time- what would happen if we couldn't get them a key because we were out of state, they would just cut our lock and leave it like that? Seems like very short notice for anyone not planning to move out of their unit or living locally. One plus and it's a big one, is that after 4 years, there weren't any signs of bugs or rodents like you sometimes see with storage units. The move out was easy, when I went to tell the woman our unit was empty she confirmed she had already checked it and we would receive an email confirming our move out.
