I spent countless hours organizing my storage space and building shelving. I followed all of the rules, and yet just weeks before my price increase, management threatened to kick me out for "being there too much during business hours." Very bizarre. Great location. Nice facility. But my plans to rent long-term from this company certainly changed. I waited almost a year to post this review for fear of retribution, but I have long since severed my relationship with this company. I would not do business here again.

They even offered us cold bottled water when we were sorting our stuff on a hot summer day. We loved that the staff were responsive and security minded.
