The people at the front desk are absolutely stellar. So helpful and pleasant. I would have loved to give this place five stars but OMG there is mouse poop on EVERYTHING. Every box I open has been nested in! I'm going to have to throw away hats that are stained with urine and silicone baking dishes that have holes eaten through them. I've had to use storage units before in my moves but this is a new experience for me with the rodents. It's disgusting and hazardous.

They allow you to borrow a truck on your move in day, it was extremely convenient if you're able to return the truck before the end of the day- this was no problem for us with their Saturday hours. The security seems good, I have no fear for my possessions. The after hours access is the major game changer, the big chain in Seattle area has horrible hours for folks who work traditional business hours. I've been able to stop after work, after dinner with friends, weekends, etc. and their location right off 405 makes it a quick trip from when I'm coming from the east side or seattle. So stress free- will continue to use stor house even though I don't live very close to them!

When we followed up a week later, Jacob turned hostile and then issued an eviction notice based on a completely fabricated claim of improper conduct in the facility--with no video evidence or proof ever provided. Inadequate security, missing hallway surveillance, indifferent staff, and baseless eviction tactics make StorQuest completely unreliable. What really stood out to me was Mark's exceptional customer service -- when I returned a few days later to reserve the unit, he remembered my name. I also noticed him greeting other tenants by name as they walked in. Mark truly raises the bar for storage services. His charisma, professionalism, and personal touch made a lasting impression. Super easy to get to and lots of parking by it, plus there was a communal dolly in the hallway that we all kind of shared and it SAVED me. I wanted to upgrade to a 10x10 and found it to be easy. I will say- do not request to switch units until you are ready to move your shit. I had 24 hours between paying the difference and needing to be out, so be ready! This is more of a company policy than a note on this location. I love that I can access this location on an app. I hate getting out to type the numbers, esp in the rain, so this is super easy for me. One time my app and code weren't working, so I called and got no answer. Within a few min, I got a call back, and the owner let me know she was in a meeting but would do whatever she could to help me, including wait at the gate to let me in. I was able to get back in and get everything reset quickly with her and was SO grateful for the fast help. It's nice having someone on site to help so that I don't have to call the corporate number. The autopay is easy. I love the system. This is a great location for me and is super easy to park and get in and out of.

They really only want customers who are going to fill the unit, leave, pay the rent every month but never need access to the stuff they store. The other day I had to pull half of my things out in order to access the item I was looking for and it took a good couple of hours and one of the office dudes comes wheeling along in that goofy golf cart to scold me about having my stuff in the hallway. What am I supposed to do with it? My rent is paid and I'm there working away and I am hassled why? The top building is always dirty, the lowest building attached to the office smells like an ashtray, I am talking the whole building b/c the office dudes sit in the first drive up unit and smoke and it's pretty likely anyone storing anything in that building is going to discover the stuff they stored smells like they are smokers. The guy with a unit right across from mine told me (as he was moving out) he found a bunch of rodent droppings all over his stuff inside his unit. My advice is take your business somewhere else this place will make you feel like you matter very little and you can get treated like that anywhere. I'm moving out as soon as I find a new storage place. Here is an update: since posting my review here, Sherlock Storage sent me an eviction e-mail stating that I violated the lease agreement and they cancelled my gate access and I can only get into my unit escorted by someone from the office during their office hours.
