PROSHRED Seattle - Here are the ProShred guys in action! - Shredding Services Near Me - Tukwila, Washington

We're a business and needed approx 3 barrels shredded. During our recon, the other 3 groups we priced did not impress as well as this company did. They were responsive and easy to book, with proactive communication on the day of the appointment. The driver was professional, service-oriented, and pleasant. Will use again. read more

Proshred came our to my home office to shred several boxes of sensitive documents. Before they came and even knew how much was to be shred, I was required to provide a credit card that would be billed later. The driver filled one 96 gallon can, then about 1/4 of a second can. Still, I was charged for 2 "tips" no matter how little was in the second can or "tip". Five months later I'm called by Proshred, wanting to know if the invoice was paid. They apparently neglected make the charge 5 months earlier and wanted me to search my records to confirm. After spending 1/2 hour researching, it was clear to me that it hadn't been paid. I asked Proshred if they would come by when next in the neighborhood, I would have a check for the driver, and maybe they could take the handful of documents I had accumulated in 5 months as an acknowledgment of my time and cooperation. Natalie, the owner, who is very pleasant when things are going her way, was inflexible, condescending, and remarkably unprofessional in her refusal. Next time I'm going with Confidential Data Disposal of Issaquah! read more

Friendly, organized and shredded my documents. Will use their services again when I have large amounts of personal documents to dispose of.

They guys are excellent and very secure. Finding shredding companies for small jobs has been difficult in Seattle, Proshred are my go to company now. read more

I had about 6 boxes of sensitive paperwork that needed to be shredded. I went online to look at shredders. I was considering doing my own shredding and that would have taken about 8 hours. I looked at shredding companies, and I called several, but the only company that answered the phone was ProShred. They had excellent reviews and they were professional on the phone, so I gave them a call. I drove from Seattle to Tukwila and they did my shredding for about the same price as a cheap shredder would have cost. I cannot believe how flawless and secure the shredding was with ProShred. I will use them again. read more

Five stars all the way! The owner Natalie is a game changer. She went above and beyond when it came to meeting my shredding needs. She was excellent on the phone and made sure I had everything I needed. The shred truck driver she sent (I think his name was Michael), was very fit and not afraid to get his hands dirty. Sometimes delivery guys are lazy and do bare minimum work, but not Natalie's team. I'm not sure where she found this one, but good on ya! I would recommend PROSHRED Seattle to EVERYONE. The customer service is unparalleled and their prices are better than the surrounding competition. All my documents were secured and shredded on site. Thanks PROSHRED! Keep it up! read more

We used to use another shredding company each year for our purges. I think last year or 2 they were bought out and their customer service just went downhill. Everything became automated you never got someone local and scheduling was a mess. We had a bad experience with that other Company last year so this year I looked for another option and found ProShred. I am so glad I did! The office you deal with is local, Natalie the President reaches out to you herself and in such a timely manner. I was extremely impressed, Natalie and her whole team are extremely professional, reliable and helpful. I am very pleased to have found them and look forward to doing business with them in the future. read more

First time scheduling onsite shredding cleaning out my parents's house. Didn't know what to expect but ProShred was great. They were very clear in their pricing and how they charge by 96 gallon bin (1 bin = 1 tip). No charge for mileage or other additional charges. Simeon and Alvin were great. They were scheduled to come between 11-1. They called to let me know they were behind schedule and would call me when they were on the way. Once they arrived they came in, filled the bin and took it outside. Whole process took 10 minutes! I will definitely call them again when cleaning out my house and disposing of sensitive documents. Worth every penny and a deal compared to some of the other companies I called. read more

I wasn't even able to use PROSHRED services, and they still get 5 stars! I went through the arduous task of getting bids for my project, and then was halted by building management. They will not allow on site shredding. Natalie was a pleasure to work with during the process. I encountered dismissive account executives at other companies. I know good customer service. My job is customer service. If you aren't engaging your client and anticipating their needs, you are asleep at the wheel. In the future when I'm not encumbered by a pesky lease, I will definitely engage PROSHRED. read more

Reasonably priced. They came out on time and did a great job shredding all the paper I had from multiple locations. Would definitely call again if I have big shredding jobs. read more

Super lovely people. Very nice and answered all of my questions over the phone. I showed up at their Tukwila location with about 3 bags of shredding and a sprained ankle. One of the guys carried all my stuff in for me. Really nice staff read more

I found ProShred for a huge shredding project. I had shopped around locally and just did not find the services that would embrace my needs at a good price and where it was workable fir me. I found Or Shred, They accepted my needs in site and took all my boxes in the parking lot. Their front desk reps, Nick was the main man, helped me with my big Project, not only being courteous and professional, yet also helping plug through the boxes and boxes of shred. Nick, as well as his colleague, I don't know his name, were so helpful and positive. They made my insurmountable project workable and doable. I did not struggle. Their pricing was also very affordable, much lower than other local businesses. Thank you so much for your helinski c service and extension of good will. You all are most appreciated. I had a fantastic experience with ProShred. The price was very reasonable but the best part was the service. Natalie (I believe she's the owner) was terrific - super respectful of my concerns about maintaining a safe distance because I'm high risk for COVID - and just a lovely person to talk to. Natalie answered all my questions and anticipated questions I didn't even know I had. The guy who drove the shredding truck was also great - did a terrific job very quickly. ProShred was great - I'm a fan! read more

Such an easy way to get rid of old paperwork. I would highly recommend Proshred! It was so nice to have the mobile unit come to us and to shred right then and there. read more

Had a great experience with Proshred! From getting the information and setting up the appointment with Natalie to Travis coming out and doing the actual service. I appreciated the very straightforward pricing so much. Very professional and polite. Did the job quickly and efficiently and tidied up afterwards. Would highly recommend! read more

Proshred was great throughout the whole process. They were the only shredding service to get back to us with pricing information when we called, and they did so the same day of the request. Natalie was very helpful and answered all of our questions very quickly. They had plenty of availability and showed up when they said they would, and made the process as easy as possible. Their prices were also very good compared to the other companies in the area. Excellent service! we will use them in the future. read more

ProShed was an absolute gem. We would definitely use this company again. They were quick with their responses and very informative. Hands down great company to handle our personal papers. read more

Really impressed with ProShred's customer service. From the first call, these folks have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions clearly and make sure they could meet my needs. The pricing is fair and competitive. Love the mobile shredding. This is a great service with excellent customer care and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use again. read more

I highly recommend Pro-Shred for all your document shredding needs! We shopped around to try and find the best option for our medical office needing 70+ boxes of patient files shredded and were so pleased to have found Pro-Shred. Natalie was super helpful in answering all of our questions and getting us all set up for a driver to meet us at our storage unit. The driver who met me onsite, Travis was very professional and courteous. He got everything loaded (after 6 trips) up and down via elevator done in just about an hour. I was very impressed with the overall care and professionalism we received. We saved quite a bit of money when we narrowed our decision down to Pro-shred. All up front costs were outlined from the get go and we were very happy with how everything went to get our files destroyed. I will 100% reach out to Pro-Shred again if we need more shredding done down the road. Thank you for your awesome business and helping us out, especially in the midst of a pandemic. read more

I recently called Natalie for a quote to come to my house to shred onsite. She was such a pleasure to deal with and very pleasant. She was very thorough in explaining the process as well as the pricing and scheduling. I called her back a few days later and scheduled, as well as finding out we have a lot in common and had a great conversation. The best thing about Pro Shred is their customer service, it is the absolute best I have encountered of late. As I told her I had recently retired from the largest home builder in America in the management end of customer service and was astounded at how well she delivered, and that you can teach a monkey to do just about anything, but you can't teach true customer service, it is a trait that you either have or don't. The driver Mike, was just the same, customer service first! I can't recommend Natalie and her crew enough as they are the best and we will use them again and again as well as refer them without reservation! read more

Can't say enough good things about this company. Used them last week to shred a box full of personal documents. They're very friendly and responsive. Reasonable prices. I actually dropped off the box at their location in Tukwila. Was pretty stressed and tired that day as I was preparing for a cross-country move and forgot my credit card on the counter after I paid. Didn't even realize this until the ProShred employee (unfortunately don't remember her name) called me to let me know she found my CC. She then drove to my hotel in downtown Seattle (I had already moved out of my apt) and dropped it off at the front desk!! Now *that* is customer service! read more

I have used their service for 3 years. I am happy with them. Prior to having this service, we used to take our documents to the UPS store and they would shred them for like $0.75/pound. This is much more convenient. read more

Several high notes- they charged roughly 4$ per box, which is $2-$5 cheaper than the other 6 shredding services we called. They dumped the boxes into giant recycling containers, so we got to keep the actual bankers boxes we used (and they didn't require them to have lids). The shredding was done on-site, so we could actually see the recycling containers dump our stuff into a big box truck shredder. They were available for same-day service at no cost, which was very unique based on the half dozen companies we called. They are local, which is also a big deal for our company. We shred around 100-120 boxes every 2 years, and they will be the only ones we go it. read more

We have used another shredding company for years to do our purge shred. We have on average of 120 to 150 banker boxes. I called them and received someone in Chicago that was trying to schedule a shred in Federal Way, Washington. The price I was given had doubled since the last time I used that company. They now charge by the box........way too expensive. I called PROSHRED and they were able to schedule within the week and less than half the price. Ed was our driver, he was very courteous and easy to work with. Had the job done in no time.........definitely will use PROSHRED again and again. read more

I had about 5 boxes of household shredding to be done. Super friendly and responsive service; they took a rolling bin right to my vehicle to load the paper. Since I arrived at the end of the business day, the documents were locked in the bin and held for destruction the next day. The certificate of destruction was received promptly by email. You can also make an appointment in the event you want to witness the destruction of the documents. Convenient location near Southcenter Mall. Will use again! read more

Natalie and her team to the rescue!!! I had 60+ boxes pulled out of secure storage for this job. I was scheduled with another firm and they pulled a no show. I called Pro-Shred at 2pm and Natalie made it happen before quitting time! AWESOME and I would definitely recommend and go to again. Thank you Natalie - whew...that was close call :D read more

Proshred is horrible! I set up an appt with them to purge our office docs, and told them time and time again that they will have to come in and get the docs and take them to the shredder. Once they got here, they didn't understand where to park then, they had to call to get OK to park where we told them to and then tried to charge an extra $30 per bin for the extra space that they had to get the boxes from to the truck even though I told them they had to get the boxes themselves, they said they didn't know and for parking in a different spot. Like really? We told them no and to leave. read more
