I contacted Frontline shredding today and asked about the various services they offer. They were so very helpful and kind. I chose to have them come to my home and was pleasantly surprised that they could come within the hour! The gentleman arrived within the hour, loaded my shredding and showed me video of my items being shredded in real time - this was such a relief as I never know when I drop my shredding off at other places - I never knew if the documents were truly shredded. Additionally, if I had to use my home shredder it would have taken hours - this was done in under a minute! I will absolutely continue to use this service for my shredding needs. Had about 25 banker boxes full of papers. Truck came to the house, contents of boxes were transferred to a large bin, and it went in the shredder. It even ate whole intact boxes of checks. Service was great, cost was very reasonable and it was done quickly. Highly recommend! read more

Great service! They were easy to schedule, reasonably priced (I had 5 extra large and 3 small storage boxes of sensitive documents to dispose of) and they come to you. The process was super smooth. When the truck showed up the crew was friendly and efficient. They explained everything, showed me the camera so you can see your docs being shredded - unlike some services that pick up your documents saying they will be shredded later - with Frontline they are shredded in front of you. I highly recommend Frontline and will continue to use them for all my shredding needs in the future. read more

GoogleMaps brought me to a residence, not a store, and when I was confused and called the number, I was told that I had to meet the service in a parking lot. I enjoyed the personal service and actually getting to see my documents shredded. It cost about $65 to shred 5 standard paper crate size boxes. A little pricey, but when you consider the alternative of leaving your private documents in a "secure" bin until god knows when its full and will eventually be shredded, I think its worth it! read more

Amazing small business! Very professional and personable, very impressed. I called and made an appointment, he put my 5 boxes in his container, he has cameras so you can verify your paper is being shredded, and the he takes it to Recycle. Very straight forward, no hidden fees, ONE Flat rate. Pretty cheap if you called around for other rates! The shredding events have been cancelled this year and Staples FREE for 5 lbs in August is just not sufficient for projects of 1-5 boxes. Very happy and satisfied with this small business. Super impressed. Most local bulk shredding services, including major office supply chains, only have a lock box services by a third party shredding company on a regular schedule. I was not interested in leaving my old documents for some unknown number of days in a "lock" box that had no guarantee of who had access or when the shredding would happen. Indeed, my local office supply said their bins were full and wouldn't be serviced until the weekend. On top of that, the office supply quoted $1/lb, which would add up quickly for my load of 6 banker's boxes of old documents. Enter Frontline Shredding. I called, made an appointment, and received driving directions. I was quoted $60 (the minimum) for up to 7 boxes (I think, going on memory), and each additional box would be $5. Perfect. They can also bring the truck to your location if you are in their service area, though there is an additional fee for that. Although I was delayed due to a power outage at home, the driver kindly waited for me to arrive to their facility in Bothell (I had even offered to reschedule if necessary). The truck was easy to find in the parking lot. He helped dump my boxes into the truck's bin and then pushed a button. Up into the truck the bin went. He directed my attention to a live video feed of the massive industrial shredder chewing up all my old papers. It only took a couple of minutes, and the deed was done. This thing is like a chipper truck, but for paper. Amazing! I will use Frontline again, and really appreciate their attention to customer service. Be advised that for non-business customers payment is cash only. You do get a receipt, though. read more
