I explained that when I went to the FedX website, it said that I could drop off a package, any package, for FedX. He said that unless they initiated the shipping, they could not ship from there. He finally relented and then I got to experience, one of the rudest check-out cashiers I've ever encountered when I went to purchase a mailing tube (for $19.95 no less). A few days later, I got a massage from FedX saying that they had re-scanned the package and had charged me another $20 for the package. So I guess they were happy that they finally added a surcharge to my package, but in the end they lose because I will never step foot in another Office Depot for the rest of my natural lifetime.
