When I called on Monday, I was told that it would be picked up "within 1-2 business days". I go "So, are we going to have to wait until Wed?" She goes, "there's already a work order for it so, it should be picked up today or tomorrow". Monday comes and goes, Tuesday comes and goes and nothing. So, I call back again Wed morning, talking to a different person this time and she clarifies "1-2 business days from Monday means Tuesday or Wednesday." She assures me their driver will be picking up our trash today by 5pm. So, here we are at 5:40pm on Wednesday and no pick-up. By the way, we live in a subdivision that's pretty much adjacent to their facility. For three days, we've been putting out our bin on the street every morning only to retrieve it in the evening. I guess their drivers have free rein on work orders. They can complete the work order or simply ignore it depending on their mood that day. People in 3rd world countries don't struggle this much to get their trash collected. How sad...
