The stock is always changing, the prices are always very reasonable, and the staff are super nice and really know their stuff. Action sells new a ton of used (but also a ton new) commercial-grade office furniture. Everything from basic work desks all the way to boardroom tables and cubicles. The desks currently in our office are all industrial-strength and we got them at a fraction of their cost new. For a while we also had cubicles in the office, and got all the dividers from Action and again, got them for pennies on the dollar over the cost of new (if you're not already aware, commercial-grade office furniture isn't cheap - and the stuff they sell here is orders of magnitude over the crap you find at Office Depot sorts of places). You can actually buy used industrial furniture for the same or less than new in the stores. If you're looking to furnish an office building or just your home study, you really should at least give these guys a try.

This Office Depot at Lakewood Towne Center has the most helpful staff who are knowledgeable for your tech and office needs. I was told twice that I had to wait to be helped because one person is helping 15 people in line. The only other person I saw was the same red headed woman who looked like she couldn't be bothered and just looked at the line like a deer in headlights then proceeded to do whatever she was doing. When I walked over to her for help finding something she ignored me first then said she was too busy and couldn't help before using or pretending to use a radio to ask someone else to assist me. She proceeded to mumble under her breath. Eventually the gentleman that was helping everyone else came over to the chairs and helped me, found out he was a supervisor. He walked me to the area I needed. When leaving he was not only doing register but he scanned Amazon returns at the same time. He multi tasked. He did it all while having a smile on his face and laughing and making small talk. I bring this up only to point out that even though he was spread thin he didn't let it effect his behavior towards me or others. But the red head couldn't have cared less. In the middle of my printing frenzy, I ran out of paper. COMPLETELY OUT. I was unable to leave my office and unable to keep printing my extremely time sensitive documents. What was I to do? Then I remembered seeing a humble store on the corner of Legion and Plum, "The Creative Office," I thought to myself, "Yeah, I'll call them!". Thank God and all of his angels that I did call. I spoke with their darling receptionist, Lynika Clark, who then transfered me to my office supply angel, Wendy Mitkowski. Wendy could hear the distress in my tone and (presumably) she could feel the stress oozing from my pores. Wendy listened me to through my panicked gargle and she placed an order for me for one case of paper. One case! A measly amount compare to the more profitable accounts she holds; but it didn't matter. Wendy treated me and my small company just as she would the Queen of England. Within an hour a dashing young delivery man opened our heavy front office door with his meaty muscles. "A delivery for Abbey?" I was weak in the knees. Not from the delivery driver (duh), my knees were weak because my delivery came even EARLIER than Wendy promsied! She is the true Queen of Office supplies. I absolutely love it! I was able to select the colors I wanted for my chair and added a lumbar feature which has helped with my back pain.
