My Wife and I were there to move her line onto my account and upgrade both of our phones. We were…read moreadvised there would be a fee to swap line and it would be $10. I asked if they would waive the fee since I was literally about to buy new phones. The rep said it would be up to his manager. His manager came over and said no because it would be literally taking money out of his paycheck. Direct quote. Whatever, fine, you can't do it. We moved on. My wife had a prepaid account and we understand there was some difficulty moving it. It was taking some time with the customer service rep over the phone and honestly we were getting frustrated because they weren't being very helpful. It kept diverting her back to the app when they'd send links but they wanted her to go online instead of using the app. Because it was taking some time, I asked the sales rep if the manager could help me while he was helping my wife to save on time. He said "sure, just use the t-life app and it will do everything for you." At this point I was also getting frustrated. I'm about to pay over $2k for new phones just to be told to use the app. That's the best customer service that could be offered. So I said, well if I'm just going to use the app, why'd I come into the store? The rep then got mad and said "What's your problem?" I said my problem is, I'm literally trying to give you money and you're making it harder rather than easier. He said something to the effect of "well you don't have to have a fucking attitude about it" It escalated from there between us yelling at each other and me demanding his manager. The manager came out and his form of de-escalation was to yell "EVERYONE IN THE STORE SHUT THE FUCK UP" which, to be fair, did work... but probably not the best way to handle things. The employee came around the desk and got in my face and was being aggressive and threatening me, wanting to fight. The manager pulled him away and then he got in my wife's face and called her a bitch. The manager had to physically push him into the back room. The manager then said it would best if we just got the fuck out and don't come back. As we were walking to our car, the sales rep came running back out to try and fight us again, threatening us again. He eventually left as did we. I cannot tell you how rattled we felt, being talked to and treated this way. I never imagined upgrading our phones would be an actual dangerous situation. We have been T-Mobile customers for years and have never been shown such disrespect or aggression.

There is a man who works there who wasn't wearing a name tag the day I went in…read more He stinks. Needs a class in hygiene or breath etiquette. I wouldn't normally care about this but he was rude, condescending and generally unhappy. His vibe was straight up misery. The women in the store were great. Super friendly and helpful.

Worst service I've had in many years. They replaced a screen on my phone but in less than a month…read morethe new screen started flickering and eventually died. I called this place and was told another screen was available. When I came, they said the screen they had was reserved for something else, blamed "a new guy" and told me to wait 3-5 days for the screen to arrive. A week later they told me the screen was in transit and to wait more. Another week later, they still don't have it and don't give any ETA. Their staff has been very condescending and rude. I don't usually write bad reviews, but this place is as bad as it gets.

Eeeek. I didn't check the reviews for this spot before bringing my son's Nintendo Switch Lite in,…read moreso I'm glad I didn't has as bad of an experience as others in the past. :( My six year old dropped his Switch Lite from playing with it in an area he shouldn't have been. Parents, I know y'all feel me. We've all been there. He cracked the LCD screen on the inside and it was all sorts of glitched and nearly impossible to play, and of course, our warranty didn't cover a drop situation. uBreakiFix is really the only place in the area I knew of that did repairs like this so I gave them a call and they were incredibly helpful over the phone. I set up an appointment online, brought the device in for a consult, and they let me know they'd order the part and it would be ready in about 4-5 days. Perfect! The 4th day hit and I gave them a call and they said they anticipated the part being in that day and then it would be a couple of hours to fix. Great. The 5th day rolled around with no call so I called again, and they said the part just arrived but it would "be a little while because it was a delicate fix and they didn't want to rush it." Another day passed... and another day... And finally around 4pm on the following day they let me know it was ready. They would be closed the following day after that so we had to wait another couple of days to pick it up. They also let me know on the phone that some sort of screw "basically disintegrated" during repair and that is was a "common problem" but it left a little gap on the side of my son's Switch. It doesn't affect the way the device works, but I just think if that's so common of a problem, why don't they have replacement screws to make up for that issue? Overall, my son's Switch is working perfectly now with a beautiful screen so he is happy and thankfully, not asking me every single day if it is done yet. Additionally, all of the employees we encountered over the phone or in person were really pleasant to deal with - I just think the communication should be a little bit more thorough if there are days on days of delays.
