Went in to get some help on my billing and ended up saving money even with a new phone. Thank you Dan for the great customer service.

I've never caught someone trying to swindle me before…read more... Mistakenly deleted an important file. Now, just see a prompt to install the newest version of MacOS. Goes through the installation process just to reroute back to the same screen. Dont want to have to do a factory reset if I didn't have to. Finds Fast and Fair Was quoted $50. Of course, I'm aware the price could vary. Got to the shop. Am told cannot save. Will need to complete a factory reset to previous version of MacOS that will take... a FEW DAYS. Hmm, that doesn't seem very fast but okay... Now, at this point I figure I could probably find out the command keys for that on my own but I ask how much the reset will cost anyway. And to my astonishment, I am told this would cost me $160! That doesn't seem very fair, Fast and Fair! Look man, I get were in a stressful time; CardiB is making CoronaVirus TikToks, People are hoarding toilet paper, life as we know it might be over but that doesn't make it okay to rob me! Tf is wrong with people?! Went home: Youtube: Command Keys to factory reset MacBook. Youtube: SHIFT-OPTION-COMMAND-R Problem solved in 5 minutes. Not cool Fast and Unfair Repair Update Reply for the Business and the Public: As a business an apology would have been a much more professional route to take rather than the condescending one you chose. A problem that took 4 keys to solve could have been done right there when I brought it to you. The store was empty. It was just you and I. Yes, I understand you may still have orders to fill so, the $50 fee I was quoted seemed more than fair but $160 for a simple command key reset is unfair business practices. If I didn't know any better... say an elderly person illiterate to computer problems you could make easy money off and that is not fair. It is not okay at all! You are absolutely correct. I got out of there immediately after realizing my mistake choosing your shop but for future customers I'm glad I did.

Tried this Fast and Fair and I was surprised when I got an email that they were able to retrieve some of the data I needed. I am thankful to the Manager for being accommodating especially during this hard economic times that we live in. I highly recommend this business

The first representative didn't acknowledge us when we were sitting inside the store and put us back on the waiting list after we told him we didn't hear our name being called at all. Then after a few minutes, a different Customer Service Rep, named Edward, assisted us. He clearly explained all of the details needed to make a purchase and also the changes for our current Data Plan. In addition to that, clarified the changes for the monthly charges if we were to upgrade to a new phone and also use the promotion to trade in the old phone for a new line, but be able to keep the phone for a discounted monthly fee. Edward and Thet both assisted our shopping experience at the Verizon store in Federal Way, VA. They made it a pleasant experience to communicate with us and outline all of the information needed to make a new Smartphone purchase inside the store. They were knowledgeable and helped us with the best options in order to make our choices easier to upgrade. With their excellent customer service, it made us feel more comfortable and feel at ease reviewing the details of the purchase. We really appreciated their help and all of the clarification that were provided during our recent visit. Made us happy getting the new Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra - Black 512 GB. Thank you!

Worst T-Mobile Experience Ever…read more Promised "$500 off" deal turned to nothing I walked into the store specifically to add a line. * Sales rep enthusiastically told me they were running a promotion: "$500 off any new phone." * One minute later: "Sorry, you don't qualify." No explanation, no fine print shown--just "you don't qualify." 2. **Push toward a cheap prepaid phone** * Frustrated, I agreed to the next-best offer: a Galaxy A16 for \$180. * Went home, tried to download my essential work apps... and the phone couldn't even install them. 3. **Refund denied on "prepaid" phone** * I returned to the store within an hour and asked to return it. * The rep said, "Sorry, it's a prepaid phone--no refunds." * In 15 years I've never heard of a "prepaid phone" policy that voids refunds on an unopened device! 4. **Major price discrepancy** * I later discovered Walmart sells the same Galaxy A16 for \$99. * T-Mobile charged me nearly twice as much, then refused to take it back. Result: I feel scammed. The "promotion" was misleading, the product didn't meet my needs, and the no-refund policy is absurd. After a decade and a half of loyalty, I'm done with T-Mobile.

I was limited on time, so I gave it another try, big mistake. I was given a phone number and told to contact the insurance company for the claim. Even though it is customary to call with the customer and assist them, Which I questioned. The short portly red head kept repeating " this is how things are going now, all on line". The store was completely empty, btw and I had interrupted her leaning back and talking to her co-worker. I then, said verbatim, " when I get my new phone sent to me can I come in and have assistance to set it up?". She said ," no just do this, do, that, click her, click that, blah, blah. I looked at her overwhelmed and then I was gas lighted again. " Do you know how to Google? It's easy, just look it up. WoW!!!!! And when I called Alphonso with customer service, he was amazing. When we spoke to Phillip, with the insurance carrier, he was amazing! I asked do you usually get calls from the store, calling on behalf of customers for their claims? Oh yes on a regular basis, that is their JOB! And again she must have said it at least three or four times, " that's just how things are going today". I said then what do I pay you guys for? You could have heard crickets! I will get her name, and I will be writing a formal complaint with her entire name. Horrific attitude, lazy doesn't even sum it up, no work ethic. I've had even worse experiences with a past manager there. He was fired and I can see why. They really need to send a secret shopper to follow up on these employees. Never have I had such bad experiences, than with this location. Do better, T-Mobile!

We called the location to check stock if they had one and were told they did not. We called another location and we got put on hold while they checked stock, it took quite some time and ended up getting transferred to a different associate who did indicate they had the watch in stock. Upon arrival it was very busy, but we were greeted by the friendly Antonio. When we told him why were there, he was one who we spoke to on the phone. He apologized for the troubles and got to work resolving our issue. He explained that we could use the Jump! program, but it would end up being more expensive than using the insurance that we pay for. In the end, we got taken care of and we would highly recommend seeing Antonio at this location. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding of our situation. He made sure to check on all the other customers when not assisting us directly.

She promised us $300 in gift cards for signing up on line, and that our reward would take about 8-weeks to get to us. What a lie! We're now going on 24-months of service and still no gift cards. Initially, for the first month of service we were unable to get good reception for WiFi (internet) and we were getting the dreaded spinning circle on our electronic devises (TV, iPads & cellphones) and reception was extremely bad. Then we were told to pick up something called a Mesh unit that was to be connected to the modem which would help with reception. We made about six (6) calls to customer service for help getting the Mesh unit pointing in the best position to receive signals, and every rep had a different explanation or excuse as to why reception was so poor: Cell tower down, obstacles blocking signals, etc. For the past couple of past couple of weeks now (October) we finally get service without the spinning circle . Another issue we have is cellphone service which is supposed to be 5G. More often we're lucky to get 2-3 reception bars and usually on 4G or less. Another failure of T-Mobile. We wonder how many other customers have gone through the same issues, and be promised cash cards as gifts for joining T-Mobile, whose claim is to be the best provider of service. Are those setting up service on line pocketing the gift cards? We're still waiting.....
