Don't bother. By the time I go to a mobile phone store I just want someone to fix the problem. They did. I'm goi g back to AT&T.

We spoke with Nancy via telephone who set up our transition and promised us $300 with gift cards for changing providers. She said it would take a few weeks to receive the cards. That was 8-months ago. No gift cards. We set-up the original equipment (modem/router) and it was one problem after another. Phone call to service department began. As instructed, we moved the device from one room to another with no luck. The spinning wheel on our TV was constant. Excuses began piling up. The tower is down, the weather, work is being done on the equipment, etc. Finally, a tech suggested we get something called a 'mesh' that enhances reception. Within a few days, a mesh unit was received via mail. The device was set up, poor reception continues. More calls to customer service. Last week a technician said TMOBILE has a new more powerful modem. He supposedly put in a work order, so we dismantle our current system and take it to our closest TMOBILE store and exchange the old for the new. At the store the rep there tells us they don't give out new equipment. More & more frustration. Return home, called customer service again then were told they would mail the new unit to us. It arrived a few days later. End results, the spinning circle continues, not as bad as before, but still present every so often. We DO NOT recommend TMOBILE at all.

She promised us $300 in gift cards for signing up on line, and that our reward would take about 8-weeks to get to us. What a lie! We're now going on 24-months of service and still no gift cards. Initially, for the first month of service we were unable to get good reception for WiFi (internet) and we were getting the dreaded spinning circle on our electronic devises (TV, iPads & cellphones) and reception was extremely bad. Then we were told to pick up something called a Mesh unit that was to be connected to the modem which would help with reception. We made about six (6) calls to customer service for help getting the Mesh unit pointing in the best position to receive signals, and every rep had a different explanation or excuse as to why reception was so poor: Cell tower down, obstacles blocking signals, etc. For the past couple of past couple of weeks now (October) we finally get service without the spinning circle . Another issue we have is cellphone service which is supposed to be 5G. More often we're lucky to get 2-3 reception bars and usually on 4G or less. Another failure of T-Mobile. We wonder how many other customers have gone through the same issues, and be promised cash cards as gifts for joining T-Mobile, whose claim is to be the best provider of service. Are those setting up service on line pocketing the gift cards? We're still waiting.....

Edit: HARASSMENT! (With PROOF) This business is harassing me on social media because of my 1 star…read morereview! I attached a SCREEN RECORDING and screenshots for proof! This happened just hours after I posted the negative reviews on google and yelp. Account harassing me: IG username: marleneespacio Only following ONE PERSON... phone factory! Commenting heinous and disturbing messages under my IG photos! SCREEN GLITCH PROOF ATTACHED. Pay very close attention to the screen recordings. I slowed them wayyyy down so you can see how when I press a letter (which becomes dark upon pressing), and what pops up in the text box doesn't always match. What you press on my screen does not register and acts like you pressed somewhere else entirely, or duplicates your action. I also screen recorded the capcut editing app unable to function and scroll, rather spastically twitches and becomes unresponsive to my touch. These are just examples of what I'm experiencing with my phone screen as a whole. Original Review: Dishonest, scammer business. I had a terrible experience here. I came in with a cracked iPhone screen and was offered a $150 aftermarket screen replacement. After the replacement, the phone screen seemed to work fine initially, but later that afternoon my phone started glitching--bright fuzzy screen flashes, lagging, texting and scrolling issues and unresponsive apps. It became nearly unusable off and on. My entire life and career is in my phone, being that I'm a content creator and commercial realtor. It has made my work extremely difficult and frustrating. I purchased on a Saturday, Sunday they were closed, and I called them Monday to address the issue. Phone Factory acted angry and defensive with me (and even YELLED), like I have an ulterior motive and am causing them problems although I benefit NOTHING from returning a defective phone screen?? I still have to purchase a new screen..... it's not my fault the phone screen is defective... this is basic customer service. I was told there was a 30-day warranty on my purchased screen at time of purchase, but when I called, Sam lied to me and told me there was only a 2-day warranty and I couldn't bring it in although I was originally told 30 days. Then the manager later confirmed it was a 30 day warranty after all. I wanted to email screen recording proof of the glitching to the manager, but he refused and said I had to come in person. I explained to him it's a 2-hour drive round trip and I rather not drive all the way out there to show him screen recordings unless we also reach an agreement so I can also switch the screen if I'm to drive all the way there. I felt he was making it unnecessarily difficult. They offered to apply the $150 toward an original Apple screen, but refused any kind of exchange, return, or warranty on the new screen. I felt uncomfortable purchasing another phone screen from them without an exchange or return warranty after I already purchased a defective phone screen from them and have been treated cruelly over a PHONE SCREEN. I said, "I must have an exchange or return option on the new Apple screen, which shouldn't be a problem since it will be a quality screen, right?" He refused. Now, I have to eat the $150 I spent on this after-market screen and go pay full price for a new Apple screen because I won't buy another phone screen without a warranty from this business. I'm completely disappointed by the lack of transparency, poor product quality, and customer service. Save your money and go somewhere reputable. I now have to pay even more to fix what they messed up. There is good reason why they don't get much business. Don't risk it. If you have any issues they will treat you terribly.
