I called and was told they would review the credit and I should receive a credit to my card, I never received it. I again received an invoice for the credit this month, I called again and was told they were unable to open my account since it had been cancelled and I needed my old pin. Since I have no idea what it was, I'm being forced to go to the t-mobile store, wait for another hour for someone to speak to, show my ID and call them back for the credit. I can't explain how frustrating it is to deal with this company. If they were the only mobile company in existence, I would resort to two tin cans and a string rather than dealing with them.

He did both machines in less than a day and the transfer of programs was altogether seamless. I still am amazed at how smoothly it all went, and how my entire system copied over to the new machine with all the same context menus, file paths, and personal configurations like customized toolbars and procedures. This would have taken an eternity to do all from scratch by myself. The old components included a hard drive that failed, and Mike was able to recover and transfer the data to a new modern SSD. During another visit, Mike set up a new wireless mesh network for not just our house but our whole property. It was a massive improvement in network performance. We can even connect from our boat! Again, Mike saved us a ton of time and a lot of headaches. He did the setup and tweaking in one hour. He does not dally or pad his visits, and makes himself available for questions and followup, without ever acting impatient or put upon. His scheduler Bev is also very easy to reach and even returns calls and email messages after hours. I could have wound up with any computer tech but was completely lucky to get Mike Cole on the first try. I highly recommend Cole Computer Services and wouldn't think of hiring another company. I asked if they would waive the fee since I was literally about to buy new phones. The rep said it would be up to his manager. His manager came over and said no because it would be literally taking money out of his paycheck. Direct quote. Whatever, fine, you can't do it. We moved on. My wife had a prepaid account and we understand there was some difficulty moving it. It was taking some time with the customer service rep over the phone and honestly we were getting frustrated because they weren't being very helpful. It kept diverting her back to the app when they'd send links but they wanted her to go online instead of using the app. Because it was taking some time, I asked the sales rep if the manager could help me while he was helping my wife to save on time. He said "sure,just use the t-life app and it will do everything for you." At this point I was also getting frustrated. I'm about to pay over $2k for new phones just to be told to use the app. That's the best customer service that could be offered. So I said, well if I'm just going to use the app, why'd I come into the store? The rep then got mad and said "What's your problem?" I said my problem is, I'm literally trying to give you money and you're making it harder rather than easier. He said something to the effect of "well you don't have to have a fucking attitude about it" It escalated from there between us yelling at each other and me demanding his manager. The manager came out and his form of de-escalation was to yell "EVERYONE IN THE STORE SHUT THE FUCK UP" which, to be fair, did work... but probably not the best way to handle things. The employee came around the desk and got in my face and was being aggressive and threatening me, wanting to fight. The manager pulled him away and then he got in my wife's face and called her a bitch. The manager had to physically push him into the back room. The manager then said it would best if we just got the fuck out and don't come back. As we were walking to our car, the sales rep came running back out to try and fight us again, threatening us again. He eventually left as did we. I cannot tell you how rattled we felt, being talked to and treated this way. I never imagined upgrading our phones would be an actual dangerous situation. We have been T-Mobile customers for years and have never been shown such disrespect or aggression.

When I got my phone back it was extremely laggy, dark screen and low quality display. It cracked literally 1 week after replacement, I went to a different spot in Tacoma and they informed me about the type of screen he replaced it with (literally a Temu screen) and the damage he did inside the phone that had to be repaired with original parts. This guy sucks to say the least. He talks a big game, and then clearly doesn't know what hes doing. Hes using extremely cheap screens and selling them as "premium aftermarket".
