    First timer to this retail store on Monday, March 30, 2026. Initially after signing in and waiting…read morefor 20 minutes, we were skipped over in line when nobody called our name! The first representative didn't acknowledge us when we were sitting inside the store and put us back on the waiting list after we told him we didn't hear our name being called at all. Then after a few minutes, a different Customer Service Rep, named Edward, assisted us. He clearly explained all of the details needed to make a purchase and also the changes for our current Data Plan. In addition to that, clarified the changes for the monthly charges if we were to upgrade to a new phone and also use the promotion to trade in the old phone for a new line, but be able to keep the phone for a discounted monthly fee. Edward and Thet both assisted our shopping experience at the Verizon store in Federal Way, VA. They made it a pleasant experience to communicate with us and outline all of the information needed to make a new Smartphone purchase inside the store. They were knowledgeable and helped us with the best options in order to make our choices easier to upgrade. With their excellent customer service, it made us feel more comfortable and feel at ease reviewing the details of the purchase. We really appreciated their help and all of the clarification that were provided during our recent visit. Made us happy getting the new Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra - Black 512 GB. Thank you!

Then Verizon switched our account to a business account because it was the only way we could get Verizon Internet. That's when everything went sideways. We were promised our billing date would be moved to the end of the month. Nine months later, we're still "communicating" with a communications company that apparently doesn't understand the communication part. So here I am, yet again on a Saturday, arguing with an automated system just to speak to a live human being. At this point, I'd gladly talk to the custodian, the mailroom clerk, or even a ham sandwich if it could fix the problem. I'm exhausted from hearing:"We can fix that.""I'm so sorry this happened, sir." The apologies are plentiful. The solutions? Not so much. We have six devices on our plan. Two weeks ago, someone from Verizon called to tell me I qualified for a "FREE iPhone 16." I told them they could keep the phone and instead give me the billing date we were promised. Strangely enough, I haven't heard back from them since. So here's where I'm at: Does anyone have the number for T-Mobile? After 25 years of loyalty, it's disappointing to feel like that loyalty means absolutely nothing. I find it hard to believe another company could be worse at communication than a company whose entire business is communication. If you're considering Verizon because you value customer service and loyalty, I would strongly encourage you to do your homework before making that decision. Twenty-five years is a long time to stay with a company. It shouldn't be this hard to get a simple promise honored. Rodney J

    A poor man's version of a third party Verizon store and that's actually being nice! Decided to…read moredrop by because after checking online, this particular location had said it had the new Apple iPhone 16 Pro in Black Titanium finish and with 512 GB. So, wanted to go and see for myself. Drove 15 miles to find out that the store had 0 demo phones for display! Didn't see a single phone, not even a dummie phone for the customers to check out! There was only 1 guy working as a customer service rep and he was on the phone when we walked in. There were 4 people sitting down and waiting their turns. We waited about 10 minutes when he was on the phone getting instructions on how to apply a device payment on the computer while he was still on his phone. Guess the guy was a newbie employee! Didn't bother greeting any of us who were waiting at all. So, we simply asked a quick question to him about the iPhone 16 Pro, to see if he had any in the store. And he basically told us: "Better go to the Apple Store because I doubt we have any in the back. Maybe the basic iPhone 16, but that's about it." And that was that. 2 other customers walked out of the store when he had said that and we followed suit. There was no point to sit there and wait for no reason. The guy didn't seem to care that he had lost 3+ customers! And he wasn't that polite, and looked like he didn't want to work anyway, besides not having any phones at all!!! We stayed within the android system so the new phone (completely Google) would be easy to adapt to for us. We were also lied to about the huge increase in our monthly billing after we paid in full, lots of money, so as not to increase our regular bill. Buyers beware! The selection was barely adequate.
