I received an offer by email saying because she signed up for AT&T Premier business account she was offered for her clients a special deal one phone line for $15 perpetual and internet 100-200 mbps for $25 a month perpetual. I confirmed with the rep that this offer was still available and he confirmed it was. Turns out it wasn't. He waited until it was too late to email me my first bill which had a $1.57 late fee. The internet fee was $50 not the $25 I signed up for. AT&T should be criminally charged for their bait and switch tactics and be sent to prison. I filed a police report and a complaint with the FCC. And I'm not done filing complaints. Before you decide to do business with AT&T I recommend you look them up on the better business bureau. They gave me an approximate monthly cost of what it would be but when I received my first bill, it was over $200 dollars more. I called customer service to resolve issue. They put in a ticket to resolve billing issue. It's been over 3 months and still no resolution. I have also requested a phone call. It's been 2 weeks and I have not gotten a call. I've always had great service from AT&T which is why I was a loyal customer since 1996. This time around It's been a nightmare changing phone plans. Glad that there are other phone providers out there. I will be switching soon. It's been great while it lasted but at this point I'm really sick of dealing with AT&T.

I finally researched and found I should have the prepaid $60 Ultimate plan with basically everything no limits and I'm saving $30/month now. Why I waited so long is crazy to me, my bad. I came to the ATT store as switching from post-pay to pre-paid and dropping a corporate discount was too complex for changing by phone, so I came to this corporate store to deal with the experts. Let me say that it was a fantastic experience as the associate Jason Kim took excellent care of me, professional service, stepped though all steps even helping me setup the monthly auto-pay. Was able to test my new feature of having a hotspot active too. My advice typically would be call in, but now my advice is drop by this ATT store and let them handle all the heavy lifting. Kudos to Jason for having the patience with me where won't have to touch this plan for another decade hopefully.

Also, the products have changed and if you signed up with AT&T a decade ago your more than likely being overcharged. My advice is if you want the best deal switch to the PrePaid plan for the $60 Ultimate service that's basically a flat fee. If you stick with the PostPaid plan it's like a credit card and there's way more fees and this service is taxed by the governement. The PrePaid plan is treated by the governement like just a pay as you go, so off the grid. The knowledgeable staff can help you completely setup everything, it takes a few minutes and would be a pain using agents on the phone so just come into this store instead.
