For 9 months, I've been spending many hours on the phone, online and in-person to try to get reimbursed and cancel the loan. Dexter, if you're reading this, yesterday I was successful! And an extra TY for showing me two discounts that I haven't taken advantage of as a customer of *19* years ($20 savings/month). You're the best, and I hope your manager appreciates you and and gives you a bonus for how you show up and rep for Verizon!

Where does customer service start? Right when you walk in this store. All of the employees greet…read moreeverybody as they walk in and acknowledge their presence. I simply went in with a tech question and was greeted by Stephen. He took the time to listen to what I had to ask, and then took no time and explaining how easy it was for me to do what I needed to do with my phone. He made it very easy to understand how to do it. Not everybody is tech savvy, and the fact that he took the time to simply put it in easy terminology for me to understand was very nice. He then asked me if I would consider possibly upgrading my phone being it was older.... and I told him I never thought about it much, but it would be nice to see what my options were. He looked over my current plan and saw what I had and then proceeded to show me a great many options. He made sure to take time explaining each option thoroughly and not overwhelming me with multiple things at once. We spent about 45 minutes or so conversing over the many options I had .... and at the end of it all he was able to offer me a better plan that cost me less than my current plan with a brand new phone and a new tablet and trade my old phone in towards them for a very good price to apply to my new phone / tablet. He never forced anything on me, but simply laid out all the options that I had available to me.... making sure I clearly understood each possibility and which one would be the best but leaving it up to me to choose the one I wanted. He is extremely smart and knows his business well and the fact that he takes the time to make sure you clearly understand everything, makes it so much easier to purchase something. I even returned back a couple weeks later to re-ask a couple questions to make sure I clearly understood and he took the time to set me down and explain it to me again. That's what's called True Customer Service! I dropped my phone in the bathtub like an idiot, and it completely died. Luckily, I had ordered the new iPhone as an upgrade and it was supposed to arrive the next day. It never did so. I ordered it again through Apple after canceling the order. I show up to Apple and I was having security issues with my account did not have access to a phone and was unable to get my phone. I called ATT Four times and talked to a different person each time for up to 20 minutes. When I initially walked into the store and it was my turn to speak with somebody, they told me there wasn't much they could do help. I would likely have to wait 24 hours to bypass some type of security issue with the account and I didn't have 24 hours because number one the government is shut down. I'm not getting paid and I've already spent so much money three times getting a phone online and I'm on call. I put my head down in the store and started bawling. And then Roger came to the rescue. Roger is the manager and Roger knows what he's doing. He actually cares about you. I never thought that at 33 years old that I would have a public crash out at a cell phone store, but I did. Roger bypassed the security knew exactly what to do in a matter of 10 minutes handed me an iPhone 17 turned it on how did everything transfer transferred. Helped me pay for it. Handed me a box of tissues and a glass of water. This man probably provides cell phones to Jesus I'm almost certain He has an instant swipe card into heaven. I promise you he does. I left the store with the iPhone, while Apple because I had to go to that store twice was blaming my cell phone carrier for all the issues instead of helping me. I just had to dog on apple for a minute because they're terrible. They're getting a review too. But Roger saved the day I had a case, A screen protector that they put on in the store for me, and a water bottle. Roger was mentally and emotionally more supportive to me than my own parents have ever been in my entire lifetime. And if corporate sees this, you better give Roger the fattest raise because not only did he take care of me, but he helped me facilitate caring for our soldiers

Due to my schedule as a Flight Attended I ended up not connecting to complete the transfer in what was described to me by the Supervisor that Crystal was speaking with "in a timely manner" - EVEN THOUGH I WAS NOT TOLD THAT THERE WAS A CUT OFF DATE! I am VERY UNHAPPY with AT&T but was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with both Crystal & Noah as they both tried very hard to convey to the AT&T Supervisor how the two AT&T Sales people set up at Fred Meyer did not complete my "sale' nor tell me about any offer's "expiration"... Crystal's effort was very impressive but in the end, the person she was speaking to said NO. Noah even offered to give me one of his OWN phones so that I could take advantage of a promotion (that MY phone didn't qualify for). It isn't every day (these days) that employees work so hard to help a potential customer. I'd love it if both Crystal & Noah are somehow acknowledged for their above & beyond effortson my behalf. Several years ago, T mobile put me on the "Magenta over 55 plan" and I was told the price would never go up and three years later it did and I was told "oh sorry, situation beyond our control". My eSIM failed to transfer with my new iPhone and Verizon wouldn't let TCC fix the issue. Matthew helped us for 3.5 hours total over the course of 4 visits because Verizon was doing such a terrible job. Matthew navigated Verizon terrible customer service and finally got my phone activated and we wouldn't have been able to navigate the terrible Verizon phone call support without him. From being transferred to a million departments, gaslit, and literally hung up on Matthew never gave up his dedication to get my phone working.

i have a BIG problem with the staff at your Lakewood store.010417 Gravelly Lake Dr)…read more so my wife went in on Feb 21st to upgrade her phone. she had a Samsun A12 and wanted to Upgrade to the A15. we fell a little short at the time and told the sales associate that we would take another phone AS LONG AS IT HAD MORE MEMORY THAN THE A12. the sales associate assured us the phone she recommends (the Samsung 04) would be the one, being that it had more memory. WE ASKED HER 3 TIMES IF IT ACTUALLY HAD MORE MEMORY AND SHE SAID YES. (we will come back to this point later.) we let them know that this is a TEMPORARY upgrade, being that in 2 weeks we will return and actually get the A15 and whatever phone she gets that day will be (the 04) would be MY upgrade. we would switch everything over and it will be fine. fast forward to yesterday (March 6th) we go in to do the upgrade to my wifes a12 to the a15. we find out the the 04 was NOT an upgrade to the a12,in fact it was a DOWNGRADE. now mind you if we would have known that on the 21st WE WOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN IT. IT ON THE INSISTENCE OF THE SALES AGENT THAT WE GOT THE PHONE. so she basically lied to get the sale. so while in store i personally call customer service and let them know what was going on, because at this point i wanted a refund. i will NOT be stuck with a downgraded phone. why should i be? the customer service agent said they will notate my account and the problem will be resolved. cool SO TODAY. i go in the store. and i figured a refund would be needed just take the cost of my items and apply them to my account as a credit so that when i'm actually ready to do my upgrade everything will be there. so the manager was NOT trying to cooperate with me, she REFUSED to give me a refund or apply a credit. the actual sales associate that told my wife to get the phone was there and she wanted to spend 10 minutes arguing with me the manager TOLD ME TO SELL THE 04 ON FACEBOOK!!!! really???? this is how you treat your customers. then they BOTH STARTED SPEAKING SPANISH TO EACH OTHER ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON. I am African American, and I found that HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! but I digress.. i called customer service again and the sales associate argued with THEM. so customer service told them to call dealer services, and the associate told them that it would do no good since they only deal with networks and not phones. this was one of the WORST customer experiences i have EVER dealt with. all i want is to NOT be stuck with this phone. the phrase i kept hearing all morning is "upgrades are non-refundable" i get that, but what if the phone is NOT an upgrade?? all a want is a PROPER upgrade, not to be talked down to, treated with some respect and dignity and to have this situation rectified. the fact that the associate lied to get sale is bad enough but the NOBODY wants to fix the situation. it took my wife an hour to talk me out of cutting off the service all together.
