This farm is literally across from my home area. Love to support the local farms. Assorted vegetables, fruits , assortment of canned jams, local honey, sauces, honey straws, and much more. I've purchased some veggies and fruits. Tried the roasted corn So delicious and sweet! Tried the organic old school cotton candy (fairy floss & juicy orange) sweetened with sugar cane. They were so delicious, light, airy and melts in your mouth. I can definitely taste the difference with the carnival and fair cotton candy. Wow is what I can say. I'd return again.

I didn't even hear of McMillan Farm until Steve recently spotted that they opened up a brewery tasting room here not all that long ago. They also have a plant nursery of a sort and at the time we were here they were selling potted plants in full bloom. They also look like they are really busy come Autumn as they sell lots of pumpkins, corn and so much more! They also host special events here too which would be a great space for this type of thing. The farm also has a small gift shop selling all cans of canned food (farm style) and sauces. I got a Chipotle Honey sauce I am excited to try! Lots of big plans to have more things at the farm after talking to one of the guys working here as they plan to eventually put in a distillery and a amphitheater elsewhere on the property! But for me the exciting part was trying the beer! We had their Pineapple Express, a pineapple lager with a nice balance, a pale ale and a couple of others that were excellent! Everybody that worked here were super knowledgeable, friendly and fun to be around. This farm isn't far from the Foothills Trail, a walking and biking path. I have done a few pieces of the trail already but have other parts to explore in this area and it will be so perfect after coming off the trail on those occasions and kicking back with some of the beer here at McMillan Farm!

Awesome pumpkin patch, maze, shop, but most importantly beer taps! Tried 4 of the beers, and liked each one! The employees were all engaging and kind, great to talk to. Lots of seating, snacks, shopping, parking. Great place for your yearly pumpkin patch visit! Def coming back for the hot sauce fest next summer.

Really nice pumpkin patch and farm. Very friendly people. No entry fees to anything!! We were able to walk a corn maze , sunflowers and pumpkin patch. They have all types of vegetables and pumpkins. We bought spaghetti squash, green pepper, apples, plums, corn, pie pumpkin and carving pumpkin. They have store with drinks, coffee shop, roasted corn, handcrafted beer, cider, etc...It was really fun!

It was very well done. We love going there to see the pumpkins. We rode the wagon and we picked our own pumpkins.

The parking around the area was organized and easy when we went on a weekend morning. There are lots of food and spooky-themed beverage options and a cute dining space! There are also a good amount of things to do with a fudge/chocolate bar, souvenir store, kids area, corn maze, and more. Overall, I would definitely come here again next time to introduce my other friends to this area. Thank you, Spooner Farms!

Our friend group has been doing an annual visit to Spooner Farms for over 15 years. We chose it…read morebecause of its beautiful pumpkin selection, relaxing atmosphere, fun decorations, and friendly, engaging staff. Unfortunately, this patch has become overly popular, and thus, over crowded and over commercialized. This year's visit we found parking to be virtually impossible. Staff harried. Pumpkin selection disappointing. Food trucks almost completely generic. And, prices - for everything - borderline offensive. It should be noted that there are still some beautiful decorations and photo ops throughout the property. And, the homemade fudge was still a highlight. But, even those things were a bit tainted by the hordes of people and aforementioned prices. If we visit next year, we will definitely try to choose a time that is not as busy - so we can really enjoy what this patch once offered us - a fun, relaxed day of pumpkin hunting and classic treats. Pro-Tip: Avoid this patch on weekend afternoons in October, unless you (and your group) have an abundance of time and patience.

We love Tacoma Boys! Quality meats, fresh produce, unique wines, and so much more…read more Tacoma Boys is a local grocery chain open 24/7 and 365 days a year. As a Vegas girl who was used to having grocery stores open at all hours, I'm so grateful that Tacoma boys has adopted that Vegas vibe. After all, when a girl wants to make a steak at 3am, she's gotta have a place to get one from and that's when Tacoma Boys saves the day! We also love their florals and beautiful plants that can make your porch or backyard the best of the whole block. We will always shop here and we encourage fellow Washingtonians to do the same. You'll be so glad you did!

Out of all fairness not being familiar with the store to find items really wouldn't be fair to deduct stars on. I was in here maybe once or twice and as to be expected in an unfamiliar store you can't find the product you enjoy right away but on the flip side when the arrangement of the store is different you also find things you didn't previously see from your favorite locations. And in the case of Tacoma Boys that really isn't an exception. But however I didn't like the arrangement in a different regard as it seemed like there were a lot of blind corners with the aisles here making possible collisions with other customers a greater likelihood and I am not convinced many people can control their shopping carts any better than controlling their cars. Which brings up the factor of congestion which is noticeably increased due to the mall and various other shops and business around here increasing the traffic volume and congestion a great deal. The Tacoma and Lakewood locations don't have this trouble nearly as much. The two factors mentioned above is what contributes to my star deduction. But still if you are close to this location and you are willing to put up with the volume of traffic then this is still a good grocery store to go to. The quality of the groceries, the produce is excellent and they have a good beer and wine section if that is something you want to explore.

I loved how easy it was to find parking, and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly--much nicer than what I usually experience in Seattle. As a vegetarian, I didn't try much of the food since I had other plans, but I did have some treats that completely blew me away. Let me clarify that there were vegetarian options available, but there weren't many main courses based on vegetarian dishes, so I didn't try any other vegetarian entrées. However, here are a few notable establishments and items that enhanced my experience at the market. The strawberry shortcake and pistachio pop cakes from OlyPopsByEJ were fantastic. I would rate the shortcake a solid 5 out of 5 and the pistachio a 5.1 out of 5. Additionally, the lavender lemonade from Thirst Killer's Lemonade was refreshing, not overly sweet, and reasonably priced; I would give it a 4 out of 5.8 out of 5. Tracy's Sweet & Savory Shortbread in Chai Latte flavor was so good that I unapologetically ate the whole pack on the way home; I would rate them a 5.2 out of 5. I also picked up some lavender soap, which smelled great. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend checking out this farmers' market. It's definitely a place I'd return to if I'm in the area!
