Unfortunately, this patch has become overly popular, and thus, over crowded and over commercialized. This year's visit we found parking to be virtually impossible. Staff harried. Pumpkin selection disappointing. Food trucks almost completely generic. And, prices - for everything - borderline offensive. It should be noted that there are still some beautiful decorations and photo ops throughout the property. And, the homemade fudge was still a highlight. But, even those things were a bit tainted by the hordes of people and aforementioned prices. If we visit next year, we will definitely try to choose a time that is not as busy - so we can really enjoy what this patch once offered us - a fun, relaxed day of pumpkin hunting and classic treats. Pro-Tip: Avoid this patch on weekend afternoons in October, unless you (and your group) have an abundance of time and patience.

There's also one street that specifically has food trucks on it and the options for hot, fresh, local eats are endless. Street parking is ample nearby, even on busy holiday weekends which is a plus. We cannot wait to come back next Saturday and pick up some more local goodies!

The price was good too, you'd be surprised how much a 5lb of blueberry are, we actually didn't make the quota because it was just too much for the 2 of us, it'll take over 4hr or more. It was quite busy and workers were running around helping everyone. I experienced no rudeness but could tell it was a little stressful on them, especially inside the store. But we were patient considering the service they were providing and this time of year and all the shoppers there. I really liked how they carried our trees out for us, marked them, shook them, and wrapped them up for us. I was appreciative of their service but knew I had to have a little patience with this event as it had a little bit of a "Black Friday" vibe to it. 2025: We are going back again today 11/29/2025.

Spring only in Knutson Farms!…read more Tulip town in the south, our go to destination for every Spring. this is the second time we are here and we love it. what we love is the number of activities to keep the my toddler occupied - the cycle track, large bouncy area, bubbles spot, the new hay pyramid was a welcome addition, the barn and the cute animals, the corn pit, the tractor ride to the tulip farm. the tulip farm isn't as grand as the skagit valley but does pleases you heart especially with small props like benches that are kept on the field. the flowers display throughout the farm is very cute. the food scenes could be improved with more additions. the restrooms are the cleanest porta potty you can find on any farm! the lemonade stand is amazing. the OG lemonade is without much sugar and tastes perfect. buying ticket online is recommended as it gives you faster access to the farm than waiting in the line to buy the ticket. plenty of parking available!

A huge selection of Douglas, Grand, and Noble Fir trees awaited us! We picked out our favorite one, an 8' beauty full and ready to hang our ornaments. The owners couldn't have been more pleasant, and were extremely helpful in giving us the layout of their farm. Pleanty of parking, clean and a true hometown feel. The best holiday experience for finding that perfect Christmas tree! The prices were fabulous, we spent a mere $20 for what we consider the best tree we've found in years. We do the Douglas fur every year.The kids love to help cut down the tree. They trim, shake it out and wrap it for you. Pre cut trees are also available. They offer warm hot cocoa and coffee. There is a food truck with mini donuts, cider and other items open on the weekends. Kids can write a letter to Santa and put it into the mail box, and get a certified letter back! Let me explain:…read more Last year, we stopped by and were told that they were not allowing people to cut their own trees that year. I think they told us there was flooding or something. No biggie. It happens. Our family is into cutting our own Christmas tree so we just left and drove down the road to a smaller tree farm that allowed us to cut our own. This year, due to COVID-19 and the governor's restrictions, they were socially distancing and only letting 40 people in at a time. There was a line of people wrapped around the entire parking lot. A nice young lady was walking the line and passing out candy canes. It's annoying, but we totally understood and did our part to socially distance while in line and wore our masks. We were in line for over 45 minutes; just under an hour. Finally, we're next in line. I make a joke to the two girls running the front of the line that we were worried they would tell us after waiting so long that they weren't allowing us to cut our own again this year. And then they told us: no, there is no cutting your own again this year. I was very nice, but explained how incredibly frustrating it was to hear this after we had just waited in line almost an hour. I asked why the girl passing out candy canes to the line wasn't announcing this, or why there weren't any signs out ANYWHERE, so people didn't waste their time. We were apologized to and told it was on their website. Which is not really helpful to the vast majority of people who come to these tree farms as most people don't check the website and just drive out. Our family left and drove down the road to the same smaller farm we got our tree last year. I felt really frustrated though. I got the impression that they purposely were not telling people so that by the time people got to the front of the line, they wouldn't want to waste time going somewhere else and would just fork over their money. Not cool. If we just wanted a tree leaning against a fence, we could get it from a parking lot instead of driving an hour to go to the tree farm. We go to the tree farm for family memories and have experiences to talk about as a family. It also gets us in the Christmas spirit and starts off our holiday season making the transition from Autumn and Thanksgiving to Winter and Christmas. The lack of communication to people driving to visit them shows a total lack of respect for their customers and really seemed conniving to me. Had there been signs out or someone walking around to tell the line of people so people like us didn't waste our time, we wouldn't have been upset at all. But the lack of communication, during 2020 when many people are just trying to keep whatever routines they can during this hectic year, is just inexcusable. We won't be back anymore. There are plenty of other, smaller, tree farms on this stretch of road who treat their customers better and are more reasonably priced.
