As much as I'd love to keep this place all to ourselves... I just can't. If you're looking for something fun to do with your kids this summer, you HAVE to check out Briscot Farms in Kent. We stumbled across it recently, and it was honestly one of the best random adventures we've had in a long time. We were back within 2 days with the rest of the fam to keep the fun in the sun going. I couldn't believe how much there was to do for the price! If you arrive before noon, it's just $5 for a day pass ($10 after noon), and the kids can easily spend hours there. Animals to pet (both in enclosures and free roaming!) Berry picking (bring a bucket!) Nature trail Multiple play areas Bounce house Water features to cool off in What really made it special, though, was the owner. She is one of the kindest people we've met. She even keeps clean swimsuits and towels in the shop that families can borrow for free if their little ones unexpectedly want to play in the water. You can tell this place is run with so much heart, and I truly hope they get the recognition and support they deserve. If you're looking for an affordable summer adventure, this is it. Had a perfect day celebrating our child's 5th birthday at Briscot Farms. We had 51 total attendees ranging in age from toddlers to grandparents and EVERYONE gushed about what a neat and fun venue this was. Everything was clean and well kept, we were provided with a semi-private area with plenty of tables and chairs. The staff was always available, super helpful and so kind. The party package was simple to book and I was pleased with the cost involved was just paying admission for my guests - no hidden fees, very happy with all aspects of holding our event here. read more

Love this farm. We have been here during summer and October. My kids basically grew up here we've been so many times lol. Many activities and cute animals to see. They offer birthday parties as well. Briscot Farms is a family farm in Kent, WA that has a range of activities aimed at young children. We took our 4 year old son recently and he had a great time. Admission $10 for adults, $5 for children. Activities included bouncy houses (2 of 3 had water, so bring a swim costume), blackberry picking, animal feeding, water squirters, a taco stand and a few other things. We spent several hours there and could have stayed longer. The owner was friendly and the whole environment was quite simple and fun. Recommended. read more

Omg! This farm is a hidden gem. My son and me had so much fun. We loved feeding the animals, playing in the inflatables with water, picking up berries. The farm is full of berries and you can pick up all you want. My son loved exploring the farm on his own little tractor. (They give it only to you and can't share it with anybody else. Kid must be under 40 pounds). I also loved The Very Old Pear Tree . It's a calm peaceful farm. And the owner!!! Omg she is the sweetest even if she would've been half the sweet she was she were still the sweetest haha. She made my mom, my sister, my son and me feel so welcomed. Recommend 100%. read more

I don't know that I would call this a pumpkin patch it's more of a farm experience with some pumpkins present. It's a bit underwhelming for older kiddos. Perfect for toddlers as it's not super busy and there are lots of little games all in one big field so it's easy to keep an eye on them. They do have big inflatable slides which were pretty cool but the turf they're on was soaking wet so my sons socks were cold and wet. There are ropes for tug o war, giant connect 4, Lego duplo, some giant soccer balls, a giant soccer darts game, plus a few smaller things. The animals were fun to see, they had 2 horses, 2 cows, donkeys, and lots of birds! We enjoyed the chicken enclosure as you're allowed to go inside and actually interact with them! There was a Mexican food vendor as well as cotton candy but we didn't get around to trying any of it. We actually ended up going down the street to Carpinitos which was packed but had a true pumpkin patch experience and surprisingly for cheaper entry. One big pro is that the staff was super welcoming and very friendly! Didn't love the very muddy grass but it is a farm after all. read more

Quaint farm that really exceeded expectations in every way! Lots of adorable animals to feed/pet and fun activities to keep kids and accompanying adults entertained. We chose to celebrate our daughter's birthday here without having ever visited but I'm so glad we did because the staff went above and beyond to make it a success and we had a private area that was reasonably priced and perfectly shaded. We won't hesitate to come back in the fall during pumpkin/Halloween season, and again in the summer! read more

One of the best pumpkin patch experiences we've had (and we've had many) with the littles. What Briscot has going for it is the amazing and friendly staff, fun activities for kids and a smaller patch. No one can run away and get lost! I prefer the smaller more community aspect of this farm than the bigger ones down the road simply because it's about enjoying your time and having a memorable experience. When we would go to the bigger farms, we had to find parking, wait in line, etc. maybe because it's still new that we didn't face any of those challenges but the amount of effort that Briscot put forth to make everyone feel welcome was not lost on me. read more

Loved the haunted house, and the various animals you can pet as well as horse rides! The prices are very good and affordable. We decided to check out this small family farm. Parking was a little tight as there was only room for one car to go in or out the driveway. Admission was $3 per adult and $2 per kid. This gave unlimited access to the bouncy houses, cornhole game, water spicket races, badminton, and seeing the animals in the petting zoo. For $3 you could be pulled around in the tractor ride, and for $6 you could ride a horse. Not sure how much the haunted house cost, but you could spend $1 to feed the farm animals. Pumpkins under 5 lbs were 2 for $5 and if you picked them they were $0.50/lb. The patch was on the smaller side, and not too much was offered in terms of concessions. It just felt like we were paying for everything. We've attended larger farms and the prices for the horse rides and such were comparable, but we've never had to pay an admission fee before, especially if we weren't going on any rides or anything. I think they should reconsider that or offer kind of like a bracelet idea where for a one time fee you can go on whatever is offered. Great, friendly people and not too busy so we didn't have to worry about crazy lines or anything, but make sure you bring cash! read more
