There is a ton of stuff for the kids to do. We went this year, 2026, and the kids played for six and a half hours.

Maris Farms is so much more than a pumpkin patch or somewhere you visit once a year. After years of coming here with my family--and now getting the opportunity to see it from behind the scenes--I have an even greater appreciation for what they've built. Maris Farms Throughout the Year Maris Farms creates some wonderful experiences for families throughout the year. Their spring events, including Springtime Babies and all the baby animals, are fantastic for kids. But obviously, the highlight is the Fall Festival. There is so much to do: games, apple blasters, obstacle courses, slides, animals, and activities throughout the farm. There truly is something for every age group, and you can easily spend hours here. And the food is legitimately good--not just "good for an event." The burgers are great, the lemonade is fantastic, and the street corn is easily one of my favorites every year. Then the sun goes down, and Maris Farms becomes an entirely different experience. The Haunted Woods I've gone through the Haunted Woods with my daughter for five years, and it has become one of our favorite traditions. I've experienced plenty of haunted attractions, and I genuinely believe Maris Farms has one of the best haunts in the greater Puget Sound area. The sets, lighting, fog, animatronics, sound, and especially the way the entire haunt flows are incredibly well done. Every year they change things just enough that there's always something new waiting for you. But what really makes this haunt special are the actors. These people absolutely love what they do. From the first guests coming through around 8:00 until the final groups well after 10:30, they are ALL IN. They're performing, interacting, reading people's reactions, staying in character, and finding creative ways to scare you. Whether you're the first group through or the last, they want you to have an incredible experience. You can tell this isn't simply an attraction to the people running it. Haunting is a passion for them, and they're exceptionally good at their craft. Behind the Scenes This year, for the first time, I joined the Haunted Woods team in a security/safety role, which gave me an opportunity to see everything from the other side. It honestly affirmed everything I already believed about this place. The actors are every bit as energetic and passionate behind the scenes, and there are some genuinely great people working here. But I especially want to recognize the unsung heroes who build, maintain, and operate the sets. These guys are incredible. They're there long before guests arrive--building, repairing, adjusting corn and set pieces, testing lights, fog machines and animatronics, and making sure hundreds of little details are working correctly. When something breaks during the haunt, they're there fixing it. And after the last guests leave, when everyone is exhausted and ready to go home, they're still there. They walk the entire haunt again, checking everything and making sure it's ready to do all over again. Most guests will never see that work or know the names of the people doing it, but they deserve a tremendous amount of credit. Five Stars--From Both Sides of the Haunt After five years experiencing the Haunted Woods as a customer with my daughter, I already loved this place. Getting to see the actors, builders, designers, technicians, safety staff, and everyone else behind it has given me an entirely new appreciation for just how much work goes into creating this experience. Whether you're bringing the kids during the day for the Fall Festival, grabbing some street corn and lemonade, launching apples and hitting the slides, or coming after dark because you want somebody hiding in a cornfield to scare the living daylights out of you, Maris Farms is absolutely worth experiencing. Staff is all super friendly, the farm is very well organized and I can tell there is a lot of thought into making the farm family friendly for ALL ages, whether infants, child, teens or adults. There are plenty of benches too for older family members who might need a rest. Plenty of photo spots for teens or family photos. We brought our 11 month old for photos with the sunflowers and while our baby hates the heat and didn't want to cooperate for the photos, we are sure she will absolutely love this place as she grows up as there are so many activities for many age ranges. The most interesting section for our baby was the animal area as she hasn't seen any of those animals in person. We also played a few ball throwing games between my husband and I and picked sunflowers that lasted more than a week after our visit. I definitely plan to make this spot a family tradition for years to come! read more

I have been to Maris Farms twice and over all I would say, go for the kids. There are fun activities for them to run around and get their wiggles out. I'm not going to lie, I mostly enjoy the food. I never skip out on munching on the kettle corn throughout the park. Corn on the cob is a favorite too! They serve coffee at their little coffee shop, ice cream, beer, hamburger, hot dogs, corn dogs, bbq, fries... Access to Porter potties and also changing room for babies. They changed it up this time though and so I removed a star. Last time our entrance fee came with a free flower we could pick. Not anymore and they kept the price the same. They did add access to a butterfly exhibit but you have to pay $10 to release one. There's a lot of extra stuff you have to pay for if you want to partake. Last time, some Avengers were walking around. This time, it was Alice in Wonderland theme. Check out their website for who will be there :) The venders were my least favorite NGL. Crotchet and 3D printing stuff. Not my thing. Probably like 7 vendors and nothing was worth it for me personally. Last time they had a candle guy there who I supported but this time it was a let down with the weird trinket stuff. There's face painting for a price! You can feed animals (for an extra price) and launch apples at targets (you guessed it, for an extra price). My kids favorite activity was the bubble station and the tube slide. Super cute! Might even be my favorite pumpkin patch. I went on Monday when it was less busy and even when it got busier there was a lot of different activities to spread out the crowd. Like if I'm paying for a pumpkin patch I care more about the activities that way I'm really stretching out the worth. Sadly the ice cream and donut shop wasn't open so sad I love a good sweet treat. I love being able to pet and feed the goats! Will go again next year. read more

We have been here 4 times so far. Our favorite time to visit is during the Spring. Sadly, as of May 2026, they no longer have my son's favorite attraction - the candy cannon. Also, the pillow balloon jump popped on the day we were there. With that said, there are still lots of activities included in the admission - feeding the goat, obstacle course, zipline, tube riding, tractor ride, animal petting... You can definitely spend at several hours if not longer with kiddos age 3 and older. Tip - follow them on IG, and by admission ticket during the one-day BOGO sale. read more

This is such a nice farm for all ages! I came here specifically for the sunflowers but was surprised by so much more. It had plenty of activities, seats, little food spots and little stores inside. I grabbed a few of the pickles sold in the store, the spicy quail egg and spicy pickle ones. I really enjoyed it. The price of it wasn't too expensive either $7-$9 for the pickles. Admission into the farm was $22+ tax online. Expect to spend hours there because you can do a handful of things. This is especially great for the little ones. $22 isn't too bad for admission when you're supporting the hardworking team. I'd suggest coming here to enjoy the beautiful set up! The portable potty area was surprisingly clean too -- I came on a Saturday about mid day from 1-4pm. The workers we all encountered were super friendly as well. Our family experience at Maris Farm was a delightful surprise. With a wide range of activities, from shooting apples out of cannons, zip lines, large bubble station, to corn mazes, there's something for everyone. The tasty food options, including baked potatoes, classic hot dogs and flat bread pizza were hitting that fair vibe. Overall, it's an ultimate family-friendly destination that guarantees plenty of fun for everyone (there's a beer garden). Order tickets online, you save money then buying it at the venue and there were plenty of people to ask any questions you have any. Wonderful service overall. I really really wanted to love this place. The slides were really fun. Actually my favorite thing. The corn maze was a MAJOR let down. It wasn't a maze at all. It was a wander down a path through corn stalks. We never got lost or retraced our steps. Or felt like we were in a maze. The "easy" one took us 6 minutes. The "hard" one took us 21 minutes to walk through. I came there for the amazing corn maze and I was SO disappointed. I felt like the apple cannon should have been I voided in the steep price of admission. Cmon just give everyone 5 apples when they come in if they want them. The last straw for me was the pillow jumping thing. We were in like. 10 kids cut in front of us. We asked the guy if we could go (adults and a couple teens) he said yes but we'd have to wait for some kids to leave. Ok no problem. So we wait. He opens the door. The 10 kids that cut just ran on in. He shrugged his shoulders and said sorry. You'll have to wait until the next round. (I mean. What the heck) we just turned around and put our shoes on and walked away. On the way out we got ice cream. The huckleberry was stinking blueberry. We have mountain huckleberries where we live. They are tart and not like a blueberry. It was good. But don't lie. Call it what it is. read more

Amazing farm, the whole family had a blast kids 12 and 9. They loved the mining even begging to by more bags with their own money! The apple shooting was awesome and all the little baby goats we were able to pet and they take animals out often to get up close. Be sure to give Gene some love, the sweetest cow. Such a memorialiable experience, I don't want to give too much away! There is a lot going there, I recommend looking at the map ahead of time and get your bearings. The food was excellent too! BBQ meats and grilled burgers, lots of places covered to sit and eat. Overall the place blew our minds, my daughter wants to have her bday their and bring all her friends. read more

Maria farms has one of the better, well run, pumpkin patches in the area. It is 40$ at the door but if you buy advanced tickets it's 20$. They have games, animals, two corn mazes, and events like pig races. There is a food court there with several options to choose from. It is pricey but if you're going to do a pumpkin patch with the kids this one is probably the best I've found. read more

Came out here for the Sunflower Festival that we saw advertised on Facebook. when we arrived it was for the last couple of hours since we didn't want to be part of the crowds. It was nice and quiet when we showed up with ample parking. The best thing about this place is that it's dog friendly. All you have to do is check them in (give your name and a description of your dog) and they give you a milk bone for the pups. They pups enjoyed coming out to the field with us and it really made the visit more fun for us. We jumped on the tractor and took a trip around the field. There was a stop at the bottom of the field where I think we were supposed to get out, but they were training a driver on how to operate the tractor and she did a hard brake at the stop. We didn't know if it was an accident or intentional so when they looked to see if we'd get off, no one knew what to do, so they proceeded and took us up to the top. With the admission you get a bloom to cut, but you also can buy more and you also pay for any buds that come with your cut, since that's a potential bloom that didn't get a chance to grow, so it's fair. The blooms are a little small this year, but they were the same size as the ones at Schilter Farm, so maybe it's just a bad year. The problem with coming to the event so late is everything closes down. I didn't get to enjoy the beer garden or even a corn dog, so that was a bummer. We did get to see a kid use the pulley to feed the goats and we watched the light show at the barn which would have been cooler if it was dark, but it's the summer and at 7pm there's still light out. Still, it makes me want to come back in October to get a pumpkin to see if that light show is better in the dark. But next time I'm bringing camping chairs because it would have been better than sitting on the ground in the field. read more

Fun farm to visit for U pick pumpkins and fall activities. The website is a little clunky when purchasing tickets and add-ons. I ended up waiting to purchase the Gem Mining addon after we arrived. Good thing we waited because on the website there's only 1 size option (the bag of rocks), but on-site you could choose from Small ($7?), Medium ($15), and Large ($25?). We opted for Medium and both girls were able to sift out a good amount of gemstones, roughly 20 that were bigger than penny sized. I also bought the Shoot'n Special and it was worth it VS just getting the apples. Only problem was the weather - it was really difficult to enjoy the gel shooters running around with rain pouring on you. The gel blasters jammed up a lot too. The lightshow was OK. It would be nice to have some sort of heated seating areas for families to watch the show together. Cute little gift shop, lemonade stand and coffee stand were open but apparently on Thursdays all of the food vendors are closed. We really wanted to go to the haunted woods but it's only open on weekends, and sadly the kid is not with us on weekends :( read more

LOVE Maris Farms! Been a second year in a row since we first visited their pumpkin patch and they have gotten way better. Only downside is they upped their price by like $10, but understandably so as they have added way more activities in comparison to last year. Plus the price of the tickets go towards the pumpkins you pick out. There are more activities such as pig races and duck races, shops, food and drink stands, an animal farm, a pumpkin wash station, and a bar. The corn maze, the hay ride, and the kids play areas are the same as last, but i think they added more areas. A lot more people than last but it was still worth going this year. As usual, their haunted corn maze doesnt begin til the evening but in the morning you can go on a Maris Farm adventure to find certain clues in the corn maze. There is two parts to it. First is just finding your way through the maze. Second is going on an adventure to solve a mystery as you find your way to the exit. Havent tried the haunted corn maze yet, but one year i would love to check it out. Overall, we will continue to come back here for their pumpkin patch! We've been here twice, both times for the fall festival with the kids. And we've had a blast and will be looking to come back again next year. It's perfect for our kid's age because there are so many different activities for them to do. They did the zip line, the rope course, Mt Matterhorn slides, hay ride, corn maze, small petting zoo, corn barn, bubbles, jumping pillow, tube slide, apple blasters, and of course the candy cannon. We also got to see a light show this year, pretty entertaining, and the kids loved it. Easily spend 6 or so hours here. If you can, try to make it here on a Friday. Much smaller crowd so you can better enjoy the farm! Oh, and when the haunted woods events starts, some of the staff will come out in pretty awesome custome too. Great family friendly place with tons to see and do. Went here with my wife, 7yo son as some friends of ours the first weekend of the fall festival and had a blast! We were there for nearly 5 hours, with smiles ear to ear the whole time! They have apple shooters, adult size trikes, farm animals, amazingly long corn maze and more. Food price and taste is decent. We really enjoyed our time at Maris Farms. There is so much to do (for the whole family)! The entry process seemed easy enough and we thought it was really reasonably priced. You can do basically all the games for the price of admission! We really enjoyed the apple blasters and watching all the little kids enjoying all the games. We tried some of the foods options and those were all very good. I really enjoyed the BBQ and the kettle corn! I think it is a great way to spend a weekend day in the fall with your family. The pumpkin patch was really great too! They had SO many pumpkins to choose from. At the end, they had these really creative shoe washers to clean off your shoes. They seem to have it all figured out. We will definitely be back. Side note - We did the haunted corn maze at night a few years back, and that was a whole lot of fun too!
