Spring only in Knutson Farms! Tulip town in the south, our go to destination for every Spring. this is the second time we are here and we love it. what we love is the number of activities to keep the my toddler occupied - the cycle track, large bouncy area, bubbles spot, the new hay pyramid was a welcome addition, the barn and the cute animals, the corn pit, the tractor ride to the tulip farm. the tulip farm isn't as grand as the skagit valley but does pleases you heart especially with small props like benches that are kept on the field. the flowers display throughout the farm is very cute. the food scenes could be improved with more additions. the restrooms are the cleanest porta potty you can find on any farm! the lemonade stand is amazing. the OG lemonade is without much sugar and tastes perfect. buying ticket online is recommended as it gives you faster access to the farm than waiting in the line to buy the ticket. plenty of parking available! read more

We visited this pumpkin patch in October and absolutely loved it. There were plenty of fun rides for the kids, including tractor rides, horse-drawn rides, and barrel rides. The property is large, spacious, and very well maintained. There were also great food options on site, like roasted corn, apple cider donuts, and a small coffee shop. The pumpkin selection was huge, and the corn mazes and bounce houses kept the kids entertained for hours. Overall, this has become our favorite pumpkin patch and our go-to spot every fall. read more

Back to Knutson Farms less than a year later, but this time for the Patch! Sadly we went on a rainy day so I don't think we enjoyed it as much as we could have, but overall it was still super fun and they set up a great family pumpkin patch. They clearly are well-equipped for super busy days because the parking was ABUNDANT. With it raining I don't think it was nearly as busy as it could've been, but the attendants made for an easy parking setup. We bought tickets online which was a quick and easy process. You get wristbands at check-in and then you're free to head on in. There's a ton for kids to do here. There's multiple corn pits, a bouncing area, a small tire climbing area, pumpkin bowling, tractor rides, petting zoo, and more! They still had their regular pizza truck on-site as well as another food kiosk with burgers and such. I was very appreciative of the drink options, from being able to grab a beer at their beer garden to being able to snag a pick-me-up from their coffee cart. There were also a ton of cute photo ops here that's perfect for quick family photos (if you can get all the kids wrangled at once, that is). They do have different tiers of tickets ranging from like $19-$35, and I just got us all general. We were able to do plenty and could've done more if I didn't want to leave due to the rain. Overall we loved the pumpkin patch here and we'll make it our first patch stop next year! read more

We love this place! We went with two octogenarians and a kiddo and everyone was able to move about and enjoy activities from a tractor pull ride to the tulip fields, eating warm blueberry donuts, to gem stone mining and bubble making. The ground is flat and walkable, though I will say the bathrooms are less than ideal: a bit hard to find and all port o potties (they were clean though!). Everyone was very nice and helpful, and the cost to attend and enjoy so many activities is affordable. We went home with a few bulbs in a pot from the nursery, and enjoyed checking out the cute store. read more

Never been to a pumpkin patch. Kid is now 5 years old and can somewhat listen to direction, so our family decided to visit a pumpkin patch for fall festivity. However, we didn't want to spend $99 to visit Maris Farm, so we decided to visit Knutson Farm because the entrance tickets are much cheaper ($57.78 for all 3 tickets including all fees!). One thing I can say about the Knutson Farm: pumpkins! Pumpkins! Pumpkins everywhere! We did pick out our favorite pumpkins for carving later on. The lady that helped us weigh the pumpkins were nice and professional. We also visited the petting farm. These goats and sheep all around this farm are so fat. I thought they were pregnant, but the attendant informed me that they were just well-fed. The animals are so cute and docile. After that, we visited the corn maze and got lost in it for a little while. If you're into hunting puzzle pieces, the farm also gives you a punch card with all the objects and characters that you can find at different stations in the corn maze. We tried the game for a bit but lost our patience since we wanted to go on the rides. Oh yes, the rides were very popular among the kids. Cow rides and John Deer rides are very popular. I think it's because the seatings are like roller coaster rides? Grain ride and Hay ride aren't very popular, but our family did try all 3 rides except for the Hay ride because it wasn't available for operation on Sunday 10/12. We didn't get to visit the food and shop section of the farm because the weather suddenly turned cold and windy. Plus, everyone in our family was getting hungry anyway. Thank you, Knutson Farm! I love it here. Really cute farm with a lot of different events throughout the year. They have a Christmas market in the winter, tulips in the spring, sunflowers and dahlias in the summer. They do line dances some nights too. I look forward to coming back. read more

FRESH DONUTS!! This farm has family activities and tons of things to do for the kids. They have play zones and photo set-ups everywhere. There's animals and a petting cage. There were piglets today and baby goats. Like, tons of things. So we got a little hungry and noticed about 3 food trucks and a food stand. I see a sign: "fresh cinnamon donuts". I'm thinking the little ones that they make with the machine. Same donut, wrong size. These are a standard size cake donut. It is moist, light, and so sweet. They are made to order and are so good. Look im a person who is not light. These donuts are so tasty I can't NOT say anything. My family and I arrived at the farm at about noon. We left at 2-2:30 and still hadn't done everything. All the staff is super nice and fun. I also didn't pay an arm and a leg for 5 pumpkins. Best part of the day: Apple cannon. Gotta try it. The parking lot is packed but there are spots everywhere. I got there on an especially busy day and it was still manageable. Also if you see Uncle Mike's food truck out there, get the pancit! It's amazing. Fresh veggies on top and perfectly seasoned. Pumpkin selection is enormous. So many pretty and almost perfect shaped pumpkins. We got green ones and orange white striped ones. read more

I've been to a few pumpkin patch's but none worth reviewing or raving about, until Knutson. By far the best experience as a family with a little & an elder grandparent in tow. Aesthetically pleasing with heaps of photoshoot ready areas, games and activities, and food options. Service was amazing, every single employee we came across was so pleasant, helpful & kind beyond measure. We bought food, which were pricy but portions were worth the price. We orders cheese burgers, pulled pork sandwiches & hot dogs, all came with drinks & massive fries. Everything was delicious after all morning walking around doing activities. I didn't get pictures of the food bc we laid into them lol grabbed lemonade on the way out & those were great too! Overall, the farm is well laid out as we didn't feel too crowded in, but nothing was too far apart as to feel overwhelmed moving from activity to activity. read more

A friend recommended checking out Knutson Farms this year for our pumpkin patch adventure. We are definitely happy that we did! This place has so many things to offer, it was a great day for all of us, young and old. We started our day in the sports barn, wandered through the corn maze, jumped on a giant inflatable pad and visited with some animals. There were quite a few more things to do but we ran out of time. I stopped by after fishing the Puyallup for Pinks. The gift shop is cute, but buyer beware: the prepackaged food items I looked at were not local or even from WA. The plants and flowers were nice. I'm happy they carry many plants that I have been considering for my rain garden. The coffee cart was mid. I ordered a chai that was supposed to have a strawberry flavour. Unfortunately I didn't taste much strawberry and the chai concentrate mix wasn't mixed in well. Solid 3 stars because I'm sure I'll be back to buy more plants. read more

For almost $20 for general admission, you get to do so much at Knutson Farm. It felt like an amusement park because this place was huge and had over 20 different stops for activities. I'd say most of the activities are for kids though. The first activity my friends and I did was the corn maze because we figured it'd take the longest.. and boy were we right. It had this fun spin to it where we do a "farm scene investigation" and search for each stop to hole punch our cards. My issue with this corn maze is there is no map or guide at all so we were stuck in there for over an hour I started getting claustrophobic and just wanted to get out at that point LOL. My favorite activities are the cow train and grain train rides which also is pretty popular. The grain train ride (and tractor ride) took us through this bumpy path towards the back of the corn maze and saw some cute animals. There are so many cute Instagram worthy spots like the swing set by the corn maze, pumpkin wall and pumpkin trucks hehe. They also have a store that sells fruits and vegetables inside this cold room by the front counter. Worth checking out during autumn if you're looking for a pumpkin patch! It's a lot more fun and modern compared to other pumpkin patch I've been to. read more

Great place to experience the tulips without having to deal with insane crowds and traffic. Staff was very friendly, had some tasty pizza and homemade doughnuts, and got a view of Mt. Rainier while wandering the fields. They also have a variety of fun activities for kids. I think this would actually be a better tulip farm for families to visit than the ones up north. read more

It's such a beautiful farm. Great for families. My boys were 2 and 3 when I took them and they were pooped after four hours on the farm. My 3 year old raced the tricycles but my 2 year old couldn't reach the pedals so I just pushed him around for a bit. Their favorite thing to do was play in the corn pit. Yes, corn pit! I would recommend bringing a change of clothes for your kids or stopping there last so your cute tulip photos aren't so dusty. They also had a blow up pad at the exit of the tractor train for older kids as well as one for smaller kids located closer to the food. It was a great experience. We even got to pick our own tulips, the boys had a blast and we left with more tulips than expected but we cant wait to make this visit an annual tradition. Absolutely recommend! read more

I cannot say enough about this ah.maze.ing farm! At first glance it appears this farm is staged for a film. It's absolutely beautiful. The thoughtfully arranged and orderly lay out of the farm and parking lot is exceptional. The parking is free, the fun activities for the kids is practically all included in the small price they charge (in comparison to the many other farm we've visited over the years). We purchased general admission and didn't have time to do everything in the 6 hours we were there. The kids loved the mystery clue game played in the corn maze, we took several trips in the wagon and cow rides, blew giant bubbles, rode trikes, jumped on the jumpy pad, played tether ball, took many photos, ordered pizza for lunch (I could remove a star based on the hour+ wait for food, but they weren't expecting a huge crowd on a Friday morning, and were doing their best). I suggest bringing your own lunch and enjoying it in the many seating areas around. Don't leave anything you love unattended! Someone stole my daughter's vest while using the porta potty (who does that!?!) Despite the lost vest and long food wait, we had an incredible time. Adults and kids. We left with two huge pumpkins, a few small, and 6 ears of corn for under $40. Huge win for us Seattle folx! Overall we had a great time. Lots of fun activities for the kids and adults to do. The only things we were bummed about which I feel they should have mentioned when we were purchasing our tickets is that boots and brews was closed as was the coffee shop even though we got there just before 4 pm. The roasted corn stand was also closed. Lastly I feel that $40 for a bouquet with like 7-9 flowers is pretty steep. We came here on a weekday so that we could avoid the crowds, but that also meant that all the spring like festivities, like open food trucks etc weren't open. They do a good job of making the place really pretty for photographs, but mom was disappointed because she compared it to the Flower Fields of Carlsbad, CA from when we used to live in SoCal. Still, the grounds were clean and it doesn't take too long to see everything. The gift shop is lovely and filled with cute little gardening tchotchkes and food items, all of which I want. So grateful for a place a short drive away, since I was not looking forward to driving all the way to Skagit Valley to see a bunch of flowers. read more

Cute farm super close to Lakeland Hills. It has many seasonal events. We came for the pumpkin patch and I it was very well maintained with lots of fun options for kids. I recommend getting the basic package for the adults but splurging and getting the everything package for the kids. The Apple cannons are so fun and the mining was worth it! This review is for The Spring Bloom event that was held here back in May! A couple of my friends and I really wanted to see the last of the tulips, so we went to this event on a Sunday afternoon after church. We appreciated how much of a family feel these farms were, and how much there was to do/see/enjoy on the farm. For $18, we got to go on a tractor ride, car tractor ride, pick 10 tulips, play various games, and stroll through the farm. The admission fee was fair, and price included almost all activities and all rides. They had hay wagon ride, cow train ride and grain car train ride, and all included in initial admission fee. Apple cannon we had to pay for. Pumpkin patch, corn maze and game barn, trampoline, tricycle track and many other activities were included in $15 gate fee per person. The staff were inviting and friendly the only thing I wish that there was more food selection at food court. They had pizza truck, Filipino food truck, drink stand and burger/hot dog stand. As far as food they had there, it was ok. They also had a bar, but I don't know anything about bar because I didn't have any drinks there. You get a lot for $15. THE CLEANEST PUMPKIN PATCH EVER. We go to a different pumpkin patch every year and this is definitely the nicest one we've been to. It's well organized and there wasn't a single pumpkin out of place. General admission was $15 a person and it was definitely worth it. We purchased the tickets online. One thing I will say about service was when we were walking up to the gate, the worker told us they were closed and wouldn't let us in. It was 5:40pm and they close at 6pm. We knew we wouldn't take long but it took some convincing for her to let us in. She stated they were strict. She let everyone else behind us in without a question. We had such a good time at this peaceful and playful farm during their Tulip season event! Deciding not to drive all the way up to Skagit Valley, we thought we'd be "settle" for a much more local site, but didn't realize we'd have a much nicer time at Knutson Farms in Sumner. It's so much fun with many more activities, good food, and fantastic tulip fields. There are a lot of different booths, tulips that are for sale a dollar, and one of our favorite things was being hauled to the fields by a tractor being run by the amazing Brett. He greeted each group in the carts attached to the tractor, helped kids climb in and was just delightful to each and every rider. On the way back, we teased him that we wanted a few loops on our "ride" so he put in a couple of extra turns. It was a hoot and he helped make it a delightful day. I can hardly wait for the next series of events throughout the year at Knutson - - we'll be attending each and every one. read more

We traveled all the way down from Seattle and arrived at 4:30 pm. Purchased admission tickets and were enjoying the activities to do, our last stop was the little tulip section to take some photos and make our way to the exit because they were in the process of closing (gave us a 15 minutes heads up). We decided to stop by the restrooms since our commute was around 40-50 minutes to home, when one worker kept on asking us to leave. We informed her that we were waiting on one family member to finish up and we'd make our way to the exit, the kids of our group had made their way a little further out and decided to wait by a bench when the same worker approached underaged kids and started harassing them by saying that if the kids were going to pay her salary then to stay but if not then they needed to leave immediately and refused to understand that they were kids waiting on their parents to leave together. Not only that by she kept on following our entire family group murmuring under her breathe the entire time and basically doing everything but psychically pushing us out of the farm. What makes a well over 40 year old women think that she can speaks to kids that way? As a group of hispanics we felt extremely uncomfortable by this lady's actions and couldn't help but feel that maybe she wouldn't have treated us this harshly if we were not people of color. I will say that the workers or maybe owners at the exit were extremely nice but at that point we couldn't even reciprocate the warm goodbye because of how off put we were. I understand the need and want to go home but as someone that has been working in customer service my entire life there's no reason to be treating paying customers that way. In a trip to their shop last Monday afternoon after a recommendation from another floral shop and my third stop of the day looking for tulips the previous mentioned floral shop said to go look at Knutson Farms for tulips. After finding a variety of tulips, I went with three bunches. They were being used for my cousin's funeral as she adored tulips. Now the people within the shop were pleasant enough, however as I went to leave and found out, it was right at closing time I followed the way out to leave the parking lot only to find the back gate, locked and I then passed by a vehicle with a man inside on the way to the front with signs saying wrong way out, only to find that front gate locked and then proceeded back to the back gate to find the person still sitting in their vehicle who had been watching me the whole time and realizing they were someone that worked there I got out of my car and asked how do I get out? I said I've drove by you twice now with you watching me, you could've let me out. The gentleman proceeded to say oh I figured you were just a looky-loo. I said no I just bought three gatherings of your tulips in the store and now I get locked in here. I also proceeded to say, even if I wasn't loony - loo, you would just leave me in here all night. Could you please let me out? Come on Knutson farms this how you want your employees to treat your customers after being a pain customer and not just a looky-loo. It really left a thought in my mind that if this is how your employees are going to treat people do I really want to come back only to be possibly treated like this again? read more

We went yesterday at the end of the day and were pleasantly surprised to see that it wasn't too crowded! It was so lovely with loads of activities for kids, including farm animals, rubber duck racing, bubbles, tractor rides, gem "mining", and more. The tulips were gorgeous and the whole experience was really great from start to finish! They had a pizza truck, cheeseburgers/hot dogs, and a coffee shop. Most things were sold out but that was understandable considering we went about an hour before close. Awesome spot to take the family! We visited Knutson Farms in August and they had a BEAUTIFUL Sunflower patch! It was my first time being in a Sunflower patch and when they bring back the tulips we'll definitely be going back. The animal farm wasn't open but that was my fault for not seeing that they only open it on events and certain occasions. My son would've loved that but when we visit again (from Hawai'i) hopefully they'll have some animals there! read more

We came in around 11 AM and we're surprised that it wasn't packed since this place is so cute but to my disappointment, none of the vendors were open except for the coffee. I would definitely recommend grabbing a cup because it was so good. My husband got an eggnog latte and I got a campfire side marshmallow latte with Almond milk. I was talking to The Girls who work there and they said that sometimes the coffee is opened and sometimes it's not. I'm sure most people can agree that the inconsistency of booths being open can definitely hinder the experience, especially since people take the time to go out and get the family ready to have fun. I saw booths for donuts, pizza, beer, but none of that was available. Then around 12 they were closing down because they would open up at 3 PM. None of that information was on the website so that was annoying. I wasn't going to wait around for three hours until they opened up for other market vendors to show up so we ended up going home, but that was the whole point of going in the first place. At least the girls had fun on the bouncer and seeing the animals, but my advice to them would be to be a little bit more consistent and transparent with times and what you get during those times so people won't waste their time and money going to visit them. read more

Absolutely must try if you haven't yet!!! With children this place is a HIT, my kiddo is obsessed and so am I. Everyone is so nice and caring, so eager to help with any questions or when needing a bandage. Food is so yummy, especially the simplicity of the area Pizza, burgers, & hotdogs. So thankful for the cafe stop too! Lovely hard workers everywhere you turn. I also LOVE the bathroom situation. It's a trailer but the stalls are single use and the doors close, which might I add is so helpful with a young toddler. Huge selection of playing areas and the entrance price is a huge plus because we stayed from 10:30am til about 2am... so much fun. Parking is also so efficient lots of parking area. read more

I would not go out of my way to go here. Boring for adults but may be worthwhile for kids. I was bored and done in an hour and felt it was a waste of money. You are better off going to a botanical garden or park and saving your money. read more

Hands down our favorite all year round farm! We have been coming to Knutson Farms for about two years and I'm so glad I found it. My son is 3 and loves it. He knows the farm so well already been coming since he was like one. There was only one thing that made me sad all the time and it was that they only had the coffee truck and didn't have food. My son and me could spend all day there and at the end of day would be so hungry and there was no food. But spring 23 they introduced their new pizza truck and omgggg it's soooo good!!! Now that makes it 1000/10. I got emotional when they told me it was gonna be permanent lol. Because there were many times we left because we needed to eat something. Now we can stop the play and eat something and then go back to play all we want! We have enjoyed every season at Knutson's and it's just the best. We love the sand boxes, cow train, the farm animals, the bouncing horses, EVERYTHING! Christmas is magical too. Live music, and cute decorations! Definitely recommend it. Wow! Just weird. Purchased tickets online, tickets clearly stated all rides were included. We stood in a long line for 35 min, when it came time to ride the wagon, they demanded $5 per person. Very deceptive! When I mentioned that the ticket clearly stated that all rides were included I was told that was not the case today and that he just "worked here"... we had to go back to the end of the line to catch a different ride, which was horrible with small kids. read more

We took our niece and nephew out to Knutson Farms for their Christmas event, and it was hands down the best holiday event. Our niece and nephew were thrilled with the faux snow, farm animals, and tractor ride. The fire pits and cocoa kept everyone nice and warm. We even found some nice gifts in their shop.
